I am So Very Happy that they Closed. It was a Dump and so nasty inside. Staff and Management were trash.Food was garage a stray dog won't eat there. If someone takes this place Over bulldoze it down and rebuild the building

Honestly, they need to just close this location. Our order is ALWAYS missing an item or made wrong. They're constantly out of everything. The food menu is falling apart. The food is fresh 1/8 times....

Why do I even bother? This chain deserves to go out of business in its entirety... Since I failed to sleep in I thought I would treat myself to a nice Saturday morning breakfast after a crazy week as I don't have all the fixings to make breakfast at home and didn't have the energy for grocery shopping... so I came here for the 1st time since moving here, used the sharp narrow drive thru and ordered my French toast sticks.... Since drive-thru times are monitored, and stores are penalized when cars have to linger long by the window, they rushed me to pull my car around and wait at the front of the store, even though there were no other customers in line behind me, and the guy who brought me out my food at 9 AM wished me a " good night" and then walked away, cursing to himself about how he couldn't even keep straight what time of day it was... those should've been my first red flags...Of course I drove all the way home to open my little brown bag and realize there was no maple syrup! So my French toast sticks went straight in the trash because they were a smashed congealed mess anyway, and without any syrup to dunk them into theyre just greasy flavorless clumps. And the hashbrowns tasted like freezer burn and like they never change the frying oil I called the store afterward to ask if I have to request every single condiment, because in the drive-thru window, I saw a sign they have put up by management that tells them to limit giving out sauces and condiments to people... It would never have occurred to me that I would have to ask for maple syrup that's literally pictured in every single advertisement for the French toast sticks and since no one asked me if I wanted it of course I assumed it was included...Bonus! on the phone, I was told that next time to be careful, I can double check and ask and check my bag before I drive off... Yeah...thanks for making it my problem that you can't do even the basic necessities involved in your minimum IQ job

Probably the worst BK branch I’ve ever been to. They never have milkshakes, onion rings, small sizes, or Powerade. Today, they didn’t have Dr. Pepper. There are probably more out of stock items I haven’t mentioned. The false advertising wouldn’t be such a big deal if Burger King didn’t take up so much space on every corner, in every shopping center, across the United States. I have been calling their corporate office for years in an attempt to at least get some of the items back in stock, but they’ve made 0 attempts to supply them. Also, the service is horrible, but that is standard for any fast food location.

I'm sorry, but this store lacks quality service. Front of the store and back of the store. Food order is cold and completed using the microwave. Manager on site, if there is one, has no clue as to do the job. Store lacks enthusiasm. Rating star is -.

Want to give a community message. I have personally seen people acting very very very rude and disrespectful to staff and employees, and thrn getting upset why employees are mad. Lets treat people better and they will be better in return i see everyone givibg bad reveiws on this. But this burger king rules , the staff is so friendly and helpful, always helps and is nice. The food is always fresh. I feel so bad when people want to be mean to cashiers over random things.

I have not posted on yelp. This is my first time posting, since what happened to me was so upsetting I felt the need to share my bad experience. I gave a one star because the food tastes' good but the employees are subpar to say the least and this needs to be addressed by the management. I have been to this location several times on the weekend in the morning. The previous weekend I order a double sausage egg and cheese croissant sandwich. When I got to my car it was cold and the cheese was not melted on one sandwich. So this time I ordered my usual sausage egg and cheese sandwiches and I told the guy who was taking my order to make sure they put it in the microwave he did not respond verbally but appeared to move his head as though he understood what I requested. This guy was a younger black gentleman wearing a headset for the drive up window. I assumed he was the manager because there was no other employees present except for the girl who was making the sandwiches. I then moved to a position where I could see the girl making my two sandwiches. I saw her put the double hand sandwich in the microwave. She then took two pieces of bread laid then on the wrapper. Then put sausage and cheese after which she wrapped the sandwich and put it in the bag along with the double ham sandwich. I clearly saw she did not put it in the microwave. When the guy who took my order handed me the bag I told him can you have her put my sandwich in the microwave. He yelled at me she did put it in the microwave. I then went to my car opened the sandwich to verify I was right. I could feel the sandwich was cold and the cheese was solid as if it never received any heat. The cheese on the ham sandwich was completely melted as usual. I then went back inside the store and I asked the guy who originally told me that she did put the sandwich in the microwave if he could have her put my sandwich in the microwave. He told me again with great anger I told you she did put it in the microwave. I then opened the wrapper and said look see the cheese is not even melted on the sausage but melted on the ham. He said that's normal the ham is a different temperature than the sausage and cheese on sausage does not melt. He went on to say that we have certain amount of time that we are allowed to put the sandwich in the microwave. Then he yelled back to the girl that made the sandwich and she came to the front. He then asked her in front of me, did you put his sandwiches in the microwave she said yes, which I know to be a lie because I watched her. I then asked her can you put it in the microwave please it's obvious it was not put in the microwave because the cheese is not melted what so ever. She put my sandwich in the microwave. Finally, the guy who has been arguing with me gave me my sandwich back and said her is your sandwich and she did put it in the microwave before. I then became upset because I watched her and clearly saw it was never put in the microwave. As I was walking out, I replied to him she didn't put it in the microwave because I watched her. He then said you couldn't watch her because you wouldn't be able to see her from where you were standing. I stopped turned around and said, I did watch her. He then replied you got your food so get out of my store and she did put it in the microwave. I said she didn't and I know she didn't. He replied N----r I said get out of my store and don't come back. I then walked out, I was so furious I planned to call back during the week and notify the manager. So I read reviews on Google about this store. I saw several reviews about customers who have complained about the treatment from the employees and the employees not respecting the customers. I would not have believed them had I not experienced this first hand. Imagine being banned from a store because you ask them to do their job. I must confess I was humiliated and I'll be posting my experience on ever site possible. I can't imagine that a manager would act like a child. Then I completed a survey on the comp

Multiple orders incomplete and wrong. Burgers without toppings. Wrong sandwiches. Would not return or give business again.

I ordered 2 royal chicken sandwiches yesterday, and they were both disgusting. Very disappointing indeed. The chicken tasted like chicken fried steak. The chicken needs to have that chicken flavor. The royal sauce was straight garbage. Should not be on the sandwich. Keep it with regular mayonnaise. It was one of the worst experiences trying them. The money I paid for them was not worth it.

An old, run down BK. The menu in the drive through looked like it has been around since the 60s. We had to say our order multiple times and correct it. As we were seen at the window they charged us for the wrong order, but we caught and corrected it. We then had to wait for our food (presumably the car before us got ours). The order was wrong to the point that my boyfriend had to throw out both of his sandwiches. Mine was good but cold. The cheese was hard and I only are half of it. Subpar and disappointing.

So slow!!! Even with a pre-order. Sometimes food is ice cold. They let us pre-order a frozen strawberry lemonade and it wasn't available. So they gave us a green drink they claimed was grape?
