I recently tried Casero Creations delivery service and was blown away by their Salteñas. They are probably the best I've had in the entire DMV area. The dough was made just the right way, and the filling was very well made and tasted delicious. The hot sauce they included was made in-house and was also great, although it may be a bit too spicy for some people. The delivery was on time and overall the service was good, although the communication could be improved. I highly recommend ordering ahead, as in days, since they are made to fill orders usually, may not be available the day you call. All in all, Casero Creations is definitely worth trying for their amazing Salteñas and great service.

Casero Creations provided empanadas, saltenas, and cunape for a gathering at our home. The food was both beautiful and delicious. The pastry on the empandas was flaky and the filling of the saltenas burst with flavor. Our guests raved about the food. Claudia brought the food in a warmer, which kept the food at the perfect temperature until everyone was ready to eat. She was easy to work with, and we look forward to ordering from Casero Creations again.
