This is my favorite location. They are literally the nicest staff in all of Reston. Always have fresh servings and generous portions for your money’s worth. Only thing that sucks is the parking there, but that’s not their fault.

It's a chain so if you've been to one you've been to them all good quality wise. As for customer service this one was really good. Got my food very quickly and was treated good. I got the burrito this time and it was pretty good. No complaints for the category of restaurant cava fits into.

I love Cava, but the Reston location is not great- They give super tiny servings and then they charge extra when you ask for a little more grains. The black lentils are almost always undercooked and it hurts your teeth biting into the pebble like lentils. Same with the roasted sweet potato- many times raw inside. So disappointed with the food quality. Like is there no quality control or instructions on how to cook the foods at all there??

Very disappointed with the changes at this location. The chicken was extremely fatty and they gave very small scoops of rice and lentils then charged an additional $1.50 for an extra tablespoon of rice. The tomatoes were soggy and the onions were old.
