TLDR: Don't place a catering order from this North Point Reston location.
They drop off when it is convenient for them--not the time window you select in the order form. Manage and owner didn't care when faced with facts. I don't have this problem with the locations in Tysons, Sterling, or elsewhere.

I’ve never been to a Chick-fil-A and been received the way I did, the young lady taking my order was extremely rude. I don’t get greeted and as she’s taking my order she’s giving attitude about her not hearing me right. As a Chick-fil-A fan I have never experienced something like this . Especially when I’m not heard they always say please and thank you .

Just swung by the Chick-fil-A at North Point Village Center, and it lived up to the hype! The chicken sandwich was, as always, perfectly cooked and flavorful, and those waffle fries? Still the best in the game. The service was also super friendly and efficient, even during what looked like a busy time. While I didn't do delivery, I overheard a couple of folks mentioning some recent order issues, so maybe dine-in is the safer bet for now. Overall though, still a solid and satisfying fast-food experience.

Larry and his team have always done a great job but I felt the need to go do. Review now because a few weeks ago I ordered a sausage and cheese biscuit in the drive through. I mentioned I was ordering that because my son has an egg allergy - and I was blown away by their response. I didn’t expect much, but was shocked to hear they all hanged to fresh gloves and utensils. Most thorough and considerate response we’ve ever seen from any restaurant.

This is such a great CFA location! All of the employees are hardworking, efficient and very polite. The owners also go out of their way to host a few community events every month at their restaurant. My kids love their crafty kids mornings on Saturdays and when they bring in FCPD & FCFD to visit.

My favorite Reston location. Staff is friendly and quick. What I like best is the the owner seems to listen to survey results. I have mentioned some minor complaints in surveys and noticed that they are usually addressed within a few visits.
My only complaint is the fries are still an issue at times--there are either a couple random raw, cold ones or 1/2 the container is burnt, stale pieces.
Gave me the wrong salad and not the meat I asked for on said salad. They are friendly but I can't eat this.

I called and spoke to the manager and told her that my milkshake tasted like it was almost exclusively milk. This is in rush-hour traffic on a Friday and her suggestion was that I turn around and drive back to the restaurant so that they could give me another one in rush-hour traffic.
