I asked for double carnitas and only got the regular amount and when I asked the cashier about if there is a.code on the receipt for points because i did not bring my phone in she said yes and I asked her.to show me where.i can find it she said I don't know.i am just.told it's on there I will not be eating at this.location again

Rude employees. I m standing here from last 7 minutes for pick up order and they won’t start making it, even tho all the employees are free. There is only one customer and atleast 8 employees doing nothing. When I told her to make my order she said I have to wait. I mean if you don’t wanna work just don’t come to work. Why you ruining your and someone else’s day.

I’m a grub hun delivery driver and was awaiting an order for a very long time, with none of the staff seeming to be worried about the time sensitivity of the delivery. I asked multiple times and to some of my responses received not even an acknowledgment of my question. Service was disappointing.
