This has to be one of the worst chipotles in the area. Almost forgot that and went back here, and was unpleasantly reminded — Ingredients running low down to the dregs turning cold and stale with no refill in sight, indifferent overworked and short handed staff, unclean atmosphere. Avoid this one

I entered the store because the door was open, not realizing it was still 10 minutes before opening. I apologized and stepped out immediately, but the staff member looked at me with a condescending expression, as if I had done something foolish.
When I returned after the store had officially opened, she ignored me completely—even when I tried to speak to her, she turned her head away with an annoyed expression.
It’s hard to believe that someone so rude can represent Chipotle. I hope you review your customer service standards carefully and take steps to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
This experience has left me frustrated for days—this was truly the worst service I’ve encountered.

Woman with the glasses working at around 12:30 pm 2/9/25 gave me great portion sizes and gave excellent customer service. She was fantastic and I will be back to spend my money at this specific chipotle

Every employee there is utterly miserable. I asked if they had fresh meat and the scoffed at me. I waited 10 minutes and they brought out fresh barbacoa just for her to look at me, quickly dump it in w the old and, as I asked her to not mix it, she tells me “it’s all the same,” and mix it with the old crusty bottom barrel junk. Rice was old and stale looking. Employees just stare at you. Language barrier is real here.

Went in at 9:50. They had put away the tortillas and didn’t feel like taking them back out. So i guess they close at 9:50 not 10.

I asked for double carnitas and only got the regular amount and when I asked the cashier about if there is a.code on the receipt for points because i did not bring my phone in she said yes and I asked her.to show me where.i can find it she said I don't know.i am just.told it's on there I will not be eating at this.location again
