Many things wrong with this chipotle. First, the employees barely speak english. This is not a racism motivated comment, it is one to where they do not put the right foods on your plate or respond when you say more, no, and anything. Second, they do not give change back! The cashier owed me .95 back and refused to give it to me saying they did not have it when I clearly saw it in the register. She then closed it and said no. Also, the portions are shit! I asked for extra white rice to the terrible portion she gave me, then the “extra” was 1/4 of the spoon. I asked for extra again and she complained saying she can’t roll it. There is is already nothing on there for you to roll and if you can’t roll a burrito then do not work here. Terrible service overall. I hate this chipotle. I have given them three shots and this was the last.

I hate writing negative reviews but this chipotle seems to hire people with a chip on their shoulder. From the previous reviews, it’s a recurring issue. They will not attempt to hear what you’re saying, and when they inevitably get the order wrong bc they’re not listening, they’ll get mad at you and throw a fit when you try to correct the situation. Lady threw around my food on attempt #2 of the order and kept telling me she’s not stupid. Which I never said. Hopefully the field leader meseret kidane fixes this chipotle soon. Until then, go 5 mins down the road to sunset hills chipotle or even RTC, where people are regular lol.

This Chipotle is truly one of the best I’ve ever been to! The food is always fresh and delicious, and the service is consistently amazing. The women who work here are so kind, welcoming, and genuinely sweet every single time I visit. They always make sure my order is perfect and create such a positive atmosphere. I really appreciate their friendliness and the care they put into everything.

Not only was i cheated out of a true portion of meat. It was served by two Hispanic ladies older in age and I'm sure more experienced that were clearly upset at something, while two what seemed to be teenage Caucasian girls accepted the money and ran the cashier.
This looked totally uncool. I could see the distraction in their face and it showed in the quality of service i received. I'm not sure who was more unhappy, me, the two Hispanic ladies or the young ladies working the money

Store reuses day old product
I came in a 1030 this morning and was served day old meat and rice in my bowl
The meat was overcooked (reheated) and the rice was clumpy (refrigerated and reheated). This store doesn't follow company policy of good handling. Skip this store and head to another.

This has to be one of the worst chipotles in the area. Almost forgot that and went back here, and was unpleasantly reminded —
Ingredients running low down to the dregs turning cold and stale with no refill in sight, indifferent overworked and short handed staff, unclean atmosphere. Avoid this one

I entered the store because the door was open, not realizing it was still 10 minutes before opening. I apologized and stepped out immediately, but the staff member looked at me with a condescending expression, as if I had done something foolish.

When I returned after the store had officially opened, she ignored me completely—even when I tried to speak to her, she turned her head away with an annoyed expression.

It’s hard to believe that someone so rude can represent Chipotle. I hope you review your customer service standards carefully and take steps to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

This experience has left me frustrated for days—this was truly the worst service I’ve encountered.

Terrible service and attitudes from the women at the counter. And of course they got my order wrong because they’re rushing me out and there’s only 2 people in line behind me which were apparently their friends they wanted to chat with.
