Almost every day I go to buy beans at Chipotle but today I went earlier and they didn't want to sell me then I came back after a while and they sold them to me and they were so salty that you couldn't eat them and I went and told them that they were salty and they told me that's how it is They were, I asked the manager to approve them and he didn't want to and I saw how some employees were laughing in the back. I'm sure they did it on purpose because they didn't want to approve them nor did they tell me anything, just that that's how they were and that's it.

I went to chipotle in Reston town canter today for lunch , borito bowl and it was horribly salty , feeling like I was eating only salt , I’m not going to chipotle any time soon , that’s the only fast food I take but recently they make it way too salty

I just went to buy two bolws and everything is super salty, you can't even eat it because of so much salt, the beans, the guacamole, the picó de gallo, everything is super salty and the costumer service is the worst one is going to buy, not order.
Same experience as everyone else— undercooked rice, super salty, tiny portions and employees pretend not to hear you if you ask for extra anything. Both older women employees have major attitude for no reason. Definitely not up to Chipotle standards

Chipotle is my go-to choice, no matter where I travel. However, I recently had a disappointing experience at the Reston Town Center location at 11913 Freedom Dr. On 5.22.24, I visited this restaurant and noticed a significant issue that Chipotle foodies should be aware of: the portions. The staff served noticeably less protein than usual, like half the other Chipotle's which felt like a deliberate attempt to cut costs at the expense of customer satisfaction.
I've never experienced this at any other Chipotle location, and it was quite disappointing. I hope the management will address this issue and ensure that portions meet the standard expectations. Until then, I recommend caution to anyone visiting this location.
