My husband and myself popped into this gem of a place for a quick happy hour. Antonio served us the most delicious and chilled to perfection martinis that kept us talking about them for days. All of the appetizers we tried were exceptional, the baked feta was mouth watering. It may have been our first time but certainly will not be our last.

Absolutely love the food here! Every dish is packed with flavor, fresh, and beautifully prepared. The menu has great variety, the portions are generous, and everything tastes even better than it looks. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is friendly, making every visit a truly enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

The is a great place for date night.

The service is great and the food is even better. I highly recommend the farro risotto. The pork milanesa is cooked very well but I feel like it needs a sauce or something to really make it pop.

The almond cake is a great way to end the meal. The creme fraude is citrusy and not too sweet.

Today my friends and I went out for brunch, and we chose this spot for a few reasons such as great location, solid reviews, and glowing referrals from people we trust. And honestly, it lived up to all of it. The food was amazing, but what really stood out was the staff. One of the managers even stopped by just to make sure everything was perfect.

But the real star was our waiter. He was incredibly attentive, and apparently this isn’t new as one of my friends has had him before and said he’s always that good. Consistent, kind, and genuinely great at what he does.

A big shout-out to Guillermo!

Corsica just opened in Reston Town Center and it’s already the best spot here. The food was incredible from the first bite. Every dish was on point, nothing missed. I actually stopped in the middle of my meal to start writing this because it was that good.

The off-menu espresso martini was the best I’ve ever had. No contest.

Jillian took care of us and she was fantastic—cheerful, welcoming, and super attentive without hovering. And the manager, Madiha (apologies if I’m spelling that wrong), was equally great. She went above and beyond and even annotated a full vegetarian menu for us. That level of attention is rare.

I’m already planning my next visit. This place is a standout and an easy five stars.

An absolute vibe, a WONDERFUL addition to the RTC dining scene, and a place I look forward to coming back to after every visit.

There is so much on the menu to play with and the price point for everything—especially during their fabulous Happy Hour—is so accessible, that ordering just feels „fun” in a fresh and enjoyable way. That said, the food is so consistently good that I have to push myself to go beyond the dishes that I fell in love with during my first few visits, but when I do, I am always rewarded.

For example, I’ve had my eye on the Beef Bavette for a while. Yesterday I finally decided to give it a go, and I don’t think anyone has had a more rewarding dining experience since Meg Ryan in “When Harry Met Sally.” #ifyouknowyouknow

I’ve never felt compelled to address another review—ever—as everyone is entitled to their experience, but looking at one of the less-glowing reviews on here, I was saddened to see a server called out by name. From the day they opened, I’ve been delighted at how hard the entire staff hustles, how warm and inviting their energy is, and how knowledgeable they are about the wide variety of options on their various menus. I’ve also had the lovely experience of being waited on by the server who was mentioned in that other review many times now, and all I will say is that my experience could not be more consistently positive.

Ok. Enough about that.

Go. Corsica is incredible. From the food to the wine to the desserts and even the coffee—I prefer a dry cappuccino and I love not having to explain what that is and just getting one that just knocks it out of the park—everything is stellar and feels like a labor of love in restaurant form.

I really wanted to like it here. I will be back but there are some things they need to work on. After arriving and being seated no one came by until we flagged someone down to assist. We had been there for at least 10-12 minutes. I'm not sure if we hadn't flagged someone down ( who happened to be a manager) that we would have ever had someone come by. I think part of the problem is that the back area is really dark so not sure if I'm making up an excuse as to why no one came by or not. Anyway we finally got a server and she was fine. We all agreed ( manager and server and us) that a single votive candle wasn't cutting it in the tables. It is so dark in the back room that everyone was using their phone flashlights to read the menu. I suggest that they get some cute little table lamps with an adjustable light when you touch it to make it more cozy, less dark. There are some very cute battery operated small table lamps for restaurants that they should invest in.
Our food was just ok. Recommend the chicken thighs though! The rest was unremarkable. They do have a fairly decent wine selection.

We really wanted to love Corsica Wine Bar, especially since we’re frequent visitors to Barcelona and expected a similar level of quality.

Unfortunately, the food was so uninventive that it was confusing if this was supposed to be Italian or French. Every dish came out incredibly fast but had a heavy sauce underneath that made the flavors taste strange — the sauce under the steak even tasted like fish, which completely threw off the dish.

To make things worse, the steak dish we ordered came out tasting like Salisbury steak.

The only bright spot was the pasta, which was excellent and easily the star of the evening. The simple bolognese was delightful.

Charlie our server was super sweet but unfortunately not all there. How are you going to ask if we're celebrating tonight but then forget to add the candle to the cake.....

It’s a nice space and has potential, but unless they seriously fix the food and consistency, it’s hard to imagine this place lasting long. I wonder if their Denver location has these troubles.

I will say the red head manager did right by us and removed the horrific mussels dish.

Corsica in Reston never disappoints. The atmosphere is warm and inviting — low lighting, a wall of books, and a rustic feel. The staff is friendly and personable, and the food is consistently outstanding.

Shoutout to Antonio, the bartender. His drinks are always on point, food recommendations are spot on, and he’ll keep you up to date with anything new on the menu and at the restaurant. He’s always bringing good vibes to the bar and is always up for a joke. Definitely recommend you see him and try a drink when you visit!

Overall, Corsica is a must-visit for anyone looking for amazing food, great cocktails, and awesome service.

We were excited to finally be able to dine here. I loved that they have a good selection of wine from different countries & regions and also the tapas style small dish food options to enjoy. One of the guests was lactose intolerence and our waiter was so kind and went over the menu to explain the options. We were so touched. The atmosphere is nice and also the art work on the wall was beautiful. I would love to go back soon.

Looks like we've found a new place for happy hour. Still miss Mon Ami, but this is a great redesign. Like a smaller version of Barcelona, mixed with Italy. Great vibe, nice people, good wines. Cheers.

Food is not good; it’s so salty and flavorless and way too expensive for what you get. Our chicken came out raw, yuck! The music is crazy loud!! Can barely have a conversation or hear your waiter. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Corsica is a terrific place to have small plates or even entree sized meals paired with outstanding wines. We had an incredible Sangiovese with 4 excellent dishes. Our only issue, if you can call it an issue, is that the room was quite loud and boisterous on a Saturday night. Maybe that’s what you’re looking for 😊
