We ordered buffalo chicken and pacific veggie 3 hours early. Arrived 40 mins late, buffalo chicken had hardly any chicken or onion, the veggie pizza had whole leaf spinach strewn across. Worst pizzas. Try Paisanos bc they know how to make a darned good pizza that arrives on time. We threw out half of each bc we could not stomach them! Yuk.

It's weird. I will never contradict another person's experience. But for my family, we've ordered from this location for 20 years, and have only had a problem one time. That said, we almost always order carryout, and we rarely order on the weekend. Maybe that's the difference?
But for us, this location is great, and the *one* time we had a problem (2-3 years ago), they fixed it right away.

This was my 2nd bad experience with this location and my last the first time I ordered my food and it had been over an hour I called to see why I hadn’t gotten my food they said to call back another 30 mins went by I called and canceled the order then 20 mins late they showed up I told him I had canceled the order and I didn’t want the food anymore. I was annoyed that time but we ordered again first I got notified on the tracker food was delivered I go outside and nothing was there I called the store they said they couldn’t get a hold of the driver to call back in 10 mins I was telling the guy how I had a similar problem last time and he told me to call corporate and then hung up while I was talking honestly that made me upset 10 mins later they food gets there my food was cold the cheese on the pizza was on top of box and I got the wrong flavor or wings we paid $80 including a $10 tip we originally put I just want my money back.

Stores should not advertise what they cannot provide. The online ordering site says pizza will be available in about 13 minutes. Upon arrival at the store (so, about 8 minutes have already elapsed), the expected wait is 40-45 minutes, which would have been too late for the family meal. Consequently, I had to cancel the order and we are back to home-prepared pasta, which is great but which we wanted to have a break from.

I’ve never had an issue at any dominos location other than this one, and it is very common at this one. I’ve paid extra for sauces and not been given them, I’ve had lots of hair baked into multiple pizzas, at least half the time they don’t do the garlic butter stuff on the crust, and then just this last time they brought our pizza missing at least half the toppings on it (including the cheese and sauce) - see picture. This has been a common trend for the 7 years I’ve lived in Reston. It’s at the point where I’m writing off dominos as long as I live in this area, and the chain has been my favorite of the chains for 30ish years. I even tried calling on multiple past orders about not getting the sauce I ordered and saying I wanted them to bring it this time, and they would say okay, and then never bring it. Of course if you leave feedback on the website/app about how things were missing or the food being horrible you get an offer for points which doesn’t amount to much. I want a refund for this crap, not savings on the next time I order from you as there won’t be a next time with this consistently awful food.

I love this domino’s so much! They always deliver my food perfectly. I feel so bad ordering curbside when it ends up raining or snowing because I am clueless to my environment! I hope they know I’m not trying to be a diva.
I appreciate the employees, my pan pizza and the consistency of my next day reheated sliceeeee🥰 - 10/10 would recommend.

Took two hours to get a pizza 0.7 miles away. After the first hour I called to inquire about it and they hung up on me. When it did finally arrive it was lukewarm at best.
This is the worst dominos experience I have ever had, they took an hour to deliver one large pizza, when they got here after that hour they had forgotten the 2 liter coke I ordered. Two items apparently is too much for them to deliver a complete order in a reasonable amount of time. I just moved to this address and am bummed out this is what I’ll have to be dealing with for one of my favorite pizza spots.

My go to when craving pizza. Particularly pan pizza. They are always quick and delivery is on point. Had a few times where I got the wrong item and one time my pizza was not well baked but they always make it look right. One of the better value delivery foods, especially if you use their app and get their coupons and rewards. Every so often my pizza will be free.
