we visited this location on jan 03, 2025 and the inexperienced staff were very rude. Staff at the counter didnot know how to greet people and lack very common sense of how to take an order. Inspite of saying multiple times she did not know how to place the order. All the ordered bagels were incomplete in toasting and I didnot get what I wanted. This location is lack of customer service. I am going to this place from past few years. This is repeating in the recent times. May be they need to reevaluate the staff and focus on basic training

False advertising They don't even bother to melt the cheese and the bagel was barely toasted. Even if they did, the whole breakfast sandwich was sad and flavorless. I even took the sandwich back to the counter to see what could be done. The staff told me, "we don't melt the cheese, we only toast the bead". I responded: but how does this look anything like what's advertised? She responded: "oh that's just advertising." I don't understand how people think these are good bagels. The bread tastes plain and boring.

I won’t be back to this location. 7 people working and 2 of them stood at one register for 10 minutes trying to get a credit card to work while the line and online orders stacked up. I offered cash and the cashier said they couldn’t take cash. No manager in sight.

The service was great, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. I came in on 9/26/2024 at 8:36 am. The guy who helped me was very nice. The only reason I gave four stars is because my bagel barely had any cream cheese on it. Normally they put a little too much cream cheese on when I get it from other Einstein bagels, but I’ve gotten a bagel from here before and it had just the right amount of cream cheese, but this time there wasn’t hardly any at all. My bagel was good. I will say, however, one of the female employees (the one with the dark shirt on) was putting together bagels for a bigger order worth another female employee for another customer and she came up and touched the registers with her gloves on and then continued to go back to work on those bagels with the same gloves on. That’s not sanitary at all!!!!. All in all, I will be back but I will be paying attention to them, prepping my order and taking my payment.

I’ve recently decided to try Einstein bros bagels and all I can say is WOW! WOW to the service, the selection of bagels, and the quality of food. I have managed to get something different each visit and it always leads me back to try more. The staff on this Wednesday afternoon was just wonderful. Great personalities, great TALENT, and AMAZING food! I fear I will slowly become a regular! 10/10 place honestly!
