They really need to do better. ALOT of egg shells were in our sandwich and I paid for extra brisket and didn’t receive it. It was a waste of money. Definitely my last time going here.

Not happy with Einstein’s service. We had a bakers dozen order and they forgot to give us 2 bagels. We live all the way in Manassas and they said the only way to get a refund is to come to the store, pick up the bagels, and get a refund. They should be able to offer a refund on the spot or within the app for a more efficient process.

Ordered a Tasty Turkey sandwich here this morning. I was really looking forward to it. Until I saw only two slices of super thin Turkey in my sandwich and all veggies. I was super disappointed. Used to get this sandwich al the time in the past and it had a generous amount of Turkey in it. Won’t be going back! They failed!
