Music was so loud today that it was almost impossible to understand the cashier when ordering or the server when completed orders were called. Measured 80-85 decibels, topped out at 90 decibels seated at a table. Customers were getting their food and fleeing. Turn it down!.

Five Guys quality as expected. The only issue with this specific location is that the person who took my order did not seem to understand me well. I ordered three cheeseburger and told him how I want to have one of them different. Then I did not check the bill, assuming the tax and everything made it higher than I expected. It turned out I paid for and received four cheeseburgers instead of three. This is absolutely my first time facing this issue after many years but definitely unpleasant. Will likely avoid this shop in the future. The employees attitude was nice though.

Great experience with my homie, Andy at this location. Peanuts were delicious, but nothing could top the excellent service we received by the man taking our order. He greeted us with a smile on his face and made our experience something I will tell my grandkids about. 10 out of 10.
Gave me the wrong onions and the patty was dry and just awful. Not even remotely worth $14.

Place is clean and spacious but food has gone down in quality. Fries are too greasy and hamburgers also have greatly shrunk in size. You spend over $20 for 1 person, simply not worth it. For this amount you can eat a much healthier meal.

Burgers were sloppily put together. I did not get my A1 sauce as ordered and i tasted vinegar in one of the bites i took from that same burger. Everyone appeared rushed and seemed unorganized. The fries were barely warm. Will not be ordering from this location again.
