Wanted to purchase a baklava and when I put my number in for rewards, it prompts me to ask the cashier to redeem the 100 points. She doesn’t know what to do so she asks the manager and he tells her to give me a cookie instead.
I came in for a baklava, not a cookie. Not coming back here again.

My husband has been going to Grill Kabob in Reston for years, even though there are several Afghan restaurants much closer to where we live. He happily drives nearly an hour away because the food there is consistently exceptional—it’s truly a treat every time. We always order the Koobideh Chicken, and it is absolutely out of this world, especially if you love a bold, spicy flavor. Nothing else compares.
Their service is second to none. After a small mix-up with our order last weekend once we got home, we spoke with Kali, who was incredibly friendly, gracious, and apologetic. They went above and beyond to make things right the next time we visited, and they delivered exactly as promised.
We’re continually impressed by the warmth of the staff, the outstanding quality of the food, and the way they genuinely care about their customers. Grill Kabob has earned our loyalty, and we’ll gladly keep making the drive for such excellent service and unforgettable meals!
Have never tried this restaurant before and decided to try it since it was associated with BILT neighborhood and I am so glad i tried it. The food is fantastic!! The ground beef kabob was fantastic, perfectly spiced and the right flavor. Also got the chicken curry side and that was fantastic as well. I have never had curry before and this with the naan was soo tasty.
Definitely recommend this restaurant! The staff were so sweet!

Tonight, my wife and I had dinner at the grill kabob restaurant. The food was great. The Customer service was outstanding, the atmosphere was welcoming. Food portions were generous, and the female owner/ manger was so generous and welcoming. She provided us with sample of different type of afghan food and green tea. They were all delicious. I highly recommend grill kabob restaurant to everyone.

Food sucks bread is dry as hell meat is dry as hell nothing good All the sides are bad most important is bread and meat and it sucks I would not recommend this to anyone Don't go there at all service was okay they were nice but that's about it but food what we pay for I paid $25 for this stuff that it sucks

Kabobs are great, fries need some work.
Everything I've ordered from here has been amazing... with the exception of the fries. They are soggy, no spices, and have somehow gotten worse lately? Unsure what the direction is with them but I'm not a fan. When I think fries I think some kind of crispness.
Again, everything else is great. I love the kabobs and the price is great. I just won't be ordering fries.
