Our bartender, Shanna was super friendly and working so hard! It was a busy night and we stopped in to meet coworkers that were in town for a meeting. It would seem they are short handed though, as there was only one person working and at least 50+ people in the restaurant area. Management needs to bring in more help. 5 stars for our bartender doing her best.

Went to a coworker’s retirement happy hour here with work people. Service was fine, not fast, but not slow. Maybe we had great company that we didn’t feel like like it was slow? Hostess checks on us quite often to make sure we didn’t need anything else. Their cocktail are okay, not extraodinary but it was what I wanted…. something’s sweet and not too much alcohol! *Wings and pizza were good. Pizza were a bit small , good for maybe 2 people serving! It was crispy! We also got brussel sprouts! It tasted great and sauce was great! I don’t mind coming back again for some small appetizers and drinks but I wouldn’t say it’s my first choice!

I ate here for 5 nights straight while traveling for work. I work until late and rely on the convenience of a hotel restaurant. There are barely any employees working in the restaurant. Two bartenders appear to just be winging it. They are friendly, but it’s not a “restaurant” in the experience sense. The food is absolutely laughable. Very bland, overpriced, and objectively awful overall. I travel half the year. It’s the worst hotel restaurant food I’ve ever had in my life period. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Breakfast review. Self seating and only a few people at tables. Waited 5/10 minutes and nobody came to our table. I noticed menus on the bar so grabbed two. Menu didn’t look bad but total lack of service worries me that the order would be equally long. They offer a buffet at $22 which is no more than a free hotel breakfast at others. Felt like you didn’t have a choice though. Food was meh at best. The one table near me that did order did not get what he asked and was pretty mad. All in all…just bad.

August 2022:Stayed at the hotel and enjoyed the buffet breakfast here. The steel cut oatmeal was really good. Lots of side topping options.Bacon ?, eggs and toast was delicious too.Would definitely come back again for more delicious breakfast if I stay at the Westin.
