Lovely dining experience for a friend's birthday. Atmosphere is cozy and warm. We shared food amongst 3 hungry people! Burrata, foccacia, pumpkin ravioli (sweet), beef bolognese, and short ribs. I would recommend the foccacia and bolognese. Drinks were unique. I highly recommend trying the Mockery, refreshing and fruity. To top, they beautifully plated a dessert we brought in at the end for the birthday girl. Wonderful service!

Came in to sit at the bar for a quick drink with my partner before dinner somewhere else. The blonde bartender was talking badly about me right in front of me to another guest who was sat next to me.this was due to a seating conflict with the host. I didnt even get to order anything and left. She was unprofessional and i had to take it up with the manager. I want to say that the blonde bartender who worked friday night on 11/1/24 ruined my anniversary night. To the bartender- Please dont talk badly about another guest right in front of them when they did nothing wrong.

Rude blonde haired bartender was unprofessional and was talking crap about my girlfriend right in front of us to another guest at the bar. She ruined our night and i hope she is never allowed to bartend in any establishment because she does not know how to treat guests with respect. This was my first time here because my girlfriend recommended it but she upset my girlfriend. Never got to order anything i was looking forward to my experience here but within the 5 minutes of sitting down she talked badly about us two separate times within those 5 minutes. We did not provoke her or even confront this bartender we got up and spoke with the manager and she came up to us cause she knew what she did was wrong. Making it seem like she did nothing wrong, then why did she come up to us when she saw us talking to Samuel the manager. I hope she never serves anyone the way she treated us. And the male bartender who was working the same shift was next to her and heard her talking about us and what she was saying and he did nothing. We got no apology from the bartenders and left us furious and disrespected.

Very rude and unprofessional event/general manager. So sad to see this kind of service for a place categorizing them upscale.

A truly wonderful experience. The staff was on point, the food was very flavorful, and the atmosphere was perfect. The dining room had the perfect size and the lighting made you feel like your dining was to be something special. Highly recommend!!!!

We went just for a fun night out, our first time there. We'd been looking for a quiet speakeasy lounge similar to one we frequented in Ohio, and this was not it. The food and drinks were good (my wife and I got a drink each and the three dips), but the room was so loud we could hardly hear each other - sitting next to each other in a booth! I am appreciative of the staff, though, because without a reservation it was going to be more than an hour wait, but they were able to get us in almost immediately. Overall, it might be somewhere we would go again, but I wouldn't bet that much on it. It's a little too expensive, and much too loud for our taste.

This was a fun, quiet, and relaxing place to visit. You feel a bit odd walking through the restaurant Open Road to another hidden one but it was fun. Walk past the bar towards the back, look to your left for black doors, enter and you will find another set of black doors with a rose on it. The quality of everything was great. It was a bit pricey but I would expect that for delicious food. They even gave us a free champagne toast for celebrating our anniversary there.❤️ Will be going again to try something new!

Dined at Heirloom for the first time and was not disappointed. The “hidden” speakeasy vibe is very unique from most restaurants these days, as was the featured drink menu. The Sparks of Joy (and accompanying show), Gimlet and Espresso Martini cocktails were all top notch. The main courses were even more incredible, including the braised short rib which was one of the best entrees I’ve ever had. Our waitress was highly knowledgeable of all aspects of the menu and was very pleasant. The staff also provided us a complimentary gift for our special occasion. We will absolutely be back!

The idea of a speakeasy is so unique and we were excited to be able to go there however, as you walk in, you realize it is very loud. We almost felt like we had to raise our voices to be able to talk to each other. The food was amazing , incredible service and an excellent wines! The shrimp appetizer was in the sauce that was so good demanded to have butter we dipped into it to finish off. The pictures of their Berger do not do it justice and it is really tender and juicy and everything you want really a delicious burger to be. If they could only fix the noise level because sometimes it was even hard to hear the waitress.

Super friendly and personable presenters, Mike, Paul and Sam, with extensive knowledge about all aspects of cocktails making. They provided laminated copies of information and recipes. I am not a whiskey drinker, but I actually enjoyed the old fashioned we made. I learned a lot and I would recommend this class over previous ones I have taken at other restaurants.

Overall the food was good; however, the burrata small plate was described as having a panzanella salad and there was no bread and the peaches were rock hard. The focaccia small plate only had 5 small, longish pieces of the bread so we were left with a lot of the dips and nothing to put them on. When we asked the server for more focaccia bread, she told us we could get more bread only by ordering another full order. Pretty disappointing. The main dishes were tasty but 3 of us finished our meals before our fourth friend and our server gave the 3 of us dessert menus. She should have waited until we were all finished. Our second round of drinks arrived after we finished our main meal, also poorly timed. We definitely felt rushed. The highlight was definitely the excellent mixed drinks!! Worth going there for the drinks alone.

Loved the intimate, dimly-lit, and relaxed but elegant vibe. Creative cocktails and excellent service. Food was good but overpriced @$100+ per person. Great spot for a date, ladies night, special occasion or drink at the bar. Not a big venue which was made for a relaxing evening.

Amazing food, attentive staff, and great drinks - what more could you ask for? In a sea of chain restaurants, heirloom is the first place to make me want to head to RTC for an experience I haven't found outside of DC. We need more spots like this!
