I visit this location whenever I am in town visiting family, and they have been consistently wonderful! Super friendly staff and the food is awesome. I hope a honeygrow opens in my home state :)

Back in August on 8/14, I had ordered lunch for my son and I to dine in. We sat waiting for our food when the power went out. An employee came around and told me they would not be able to make our food as the power was out and computers were down. The woman asked for my name and told me that I would be refunded within 48 hours. At that point we left. About a week later the refund had not been processed. I stopped by Honeygrow and spoke to a woman working at the counter. She took down my information and said that I would be refunded in the next 3 days.
After a few weeks, of not receiving the refund I called Honeygrow and spoke to someone over the phone, explained the situation and they again confirmed that a manager would refund me the following day when they came in for their shift. Every few weeks I called and had an almost identical experience. It's now January of 2026 and clearly I am not getting my money refunded. Disappointing to say the least.

Great experience at Honeygrow in Reston on Sunset Hill Rd. The food was very well prepared and the service was great with friendly staff. My son has allergies and the staff were really accommodating to make sure we didn't have any issues.
