Ice Cream Jubilee - Reston

Ate most of my ice cream before I remembered to take a photo because this is so wonderful. Stopped in from out of town with some friends. Art was so friendly and offered ice cream and sorbets free of allergens, dyes, and made with real, whole ingredients. I ordered a single scoop of Mango Sticky Rice ice cream (yeah, really... Yum) in a house made waffle cone. The first impression walking in was the warm smell of waffle cones. They're offered at a very fair price! My cone didn't leak at all because it was well folded at the tip.
Art worked quickly to get through our large party. Also, the bathrooms are very clean! Only customers are allowed to utilize this service. Overall very happy with this shop. Jubilee ice cream is a must stop for anybody, tourists and locals alike.

Variety and quality

Nice ice cream but the staff makes this place even better, the young woman that assisted us today was very kind and helpful, after having a rough morning she was such a delight and especially kind to my son. Great place!

Shout out to Art and Andrea they're whipping the fresh flavors of ice cream and sorbet around! I got the strawberry matcha and my wife got the guava passionfruit sorbet. I highly recommend trying several flavors! The waffle cones are freshly made and perfect for any flavor! Definitely check this place out if you're in the area or craving some delicious ice cream!

Apologies, but no. Triple creamy, double sugary ice-cream. If you like the genre, you will love it here. If you are italian, I issue you a 40meter restriction order.

Tried 4 flavors.

I’m a decade long fan of ICJ and love seeing them expand in VA. I went to this location today hoping for my old staples and was mildly disappointed. I had the blueberry crisp today which did scratch my itch for the old blueberry pie flavor they used to have - very, very good. That said, I was pretty bummed after ordering the fresh minty chip to see the recipe is totally different; ICJ used to have the BEST mint ice cream, really tasted like real mint, but now it’s just like every other mint flavor out there that tastes too strong and fake. Such a bummer because that one really set ICJ apart! Overall ice cream is still great, but don’t love all of the formula changes from the original star flavors (like Marionberry, too - bring back the graham crackers!). Additionally, the prices are insane - $24 after tax for two cones. Not sure I can make ICJ even slightly regular now with those prices. Again, overall great ice cream still, but a couple drawbacks now that might make me frequent less now.
