I freaking LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! Mohammed and Ellmer brought such a vibe and made us feel so comfortable ❤️ they literally gave us everything we needed and sent us in a very merry way! We’ll be back!!!

Mo and Sam were great at service and very amicable speak with and knowledgeable about all the Greek food that they serve here as well as giving us information about the history of Reston Virginia. I would recommend Kalypso very highly for people that enjoy Greek food and the staff is super helpful and attentive.

Dined here a couple nights ago with a couple of my friends and let’s just say that our experience here was subpar. My friend ordered a mocktail and it took almost 30 minutes for them to receive their drink. There wasn’t many people dining in and the place was well staffed so I’m not too sure what took so long. The food was alright at best but it took forever to come out. Overall the service was lacking and very slow. I will not step foot into this establishment ever again, gladly will take my money elsewhere.

The service is great. They take great care in food prep. If you love lamb they do it right. And they're constantly making the menu better and better. And what's better than great food and great service on the patio overlooking Lake Anne?

Chill kick back vibes. Bartenders were great. Would be nice if it was a little cooler in here but over all great experience. Definitely coming back and bringing friends with me next time for happy hour. Very reasonable prices.

Kalypso's catered our wedding! We absolutely cannot thank them enough. They showed up with the food, warming trays, dishes, silverware, coolers of cold drinks, linen napkins... they even served drinks we brought ourselves! I was really impressed - they made all the process simple and easy for us, from start to finish. And the prices were a flat catering rate, which is a big deal for a wedding. Most vendors try to charge extra when they know what the event is.

So if you need catering in the Reston area - know that you can't go wrong with Kalypso's! The lasagna and lamb chops were a big hit! You can rent a room from them too, at their bar location. It was a big hit with my family!

Overall, a great experience from start to finish, with people who really care about their work. Not something you could get from a big chain restaurant. We couldn't have asked for better.

The manager was berating their employees and this made us very uncomfortable. It's really disheartening to see this weak style of management. Food was okay but definitely not worth seeing that disrespect, will never return here.

Absolutely horrible policy of charging for each soda to the same person. No free refills of coke. You get charged for EACH COKE! NO FREE REFILLS! This is unheard of. I've never experienced this anywhere. Nowhere. I'll never go back here. And I've never said that to any place. I just can't believe how much I was charged when I asked for more coke like 3 or 4 times. It's unbelievable. No one does this. NO ONE. They're so stupid. They'll lose a lot of business. I'll never come back. Never. Goodbye.... (Food was ok, nothing spectacular, but nothing bad... it was ok... And my bill was so high because I was charged for each coke refill... otherwise it was under $20... but oh my God...)
