I've gotten boba teas from them for years. They always deliver good quality tea. The inside is pretty minimalist but usually you aren't waiting too long. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for my drink. Recommend this location

And I’ve been to a handful of kft locations (and boba spots in general) on the east coast. This one in Reston is not a great kft location, I’d skip on this one and go to a different boba shop.There was a young Hispanic girl working there who made my drink wrong on accident, she realized this probably after she made it, but then gave it to me anyways. I could tell she knew because her face gave it away (she immediately smirked and no apology) when I told her it was the wrong drink.That was shockingly immature - makes me wonder if she is old enough/qualified to be working there.Also had a negative experience with the Korean female cashier who appeared to be doing school work and rushing me to order. So not the first negative experience I’ve had here.

Kung fu tea is my favorite boba tea place but this location is the worst. I ordered a drink with boba and 40% sugar and there was no sugar and no boba in the drink. My friends got the same drinks and I had them try mine and they agreed on the no sugar taste. I asked the lady to add both of the missing items and she didn’t add sugar and only added 5 bobas. I was wearing a cultural clothing while my friends weren’t for reference.
