Most younger people serving behind the counters are not nice, frowning, leaving customers waiting for long time, careless about customer presence, not welcoming. Most seem to be untrained high schoolers. This happens everytime we go. The supervisor says he cannot do anything. We go for the food but hate the service.

I thought this is a French bakery. I ordered latteWasn’t good too watery, Napoleon cake tasted like nothing too mushy and wasn’t fresh all. The eclairs had no flavor as well.

Used to be the best almond croissant (among chain cafes), but not anymore. I understand the price going up a $1, but the croissant shrinking to the half of it's former size and the filling almost disappearing makes it a sad pastry.

I used to love the Chicken Parisian sandwich at La Madeleine. But they’ve changed it and I can’t believe they are charging $13 for this. The photos don’t properly convey just how sniveling the sandwich was. It wasn’t very tasty either. I’ll probably never eat here again.
I ordered carry out recently. The food is absolutely bland. The eggs had no salt and the potatoes needed ketchup to be edible. The crepe had this cream filling that was disgustingly sweet. Also, the macroons are better from costco. I wouldn't order from here again.

The place are too small, food always good , attention very very not organized, the cashier very nice guy, some few attended are not good, specially one of the black guy and Spanish girl to try to rush me with my order, I don't know why are this kind of people in there if they don't have patients with the clients when we did a kind big order, anyways that will be my last time to go there . Parking are not space at all , love the one was in Rockville before on 355 and Randolph Rd . That was the real Madeline
