Great local spot with lake views - they have a good variety with what they have and scores on untappd equal to many other local breweries with a larger floorplan. Staff here have always been good too!
$8 beers 👎🏻
Solid location, great vibe, great beer
One of the best stouts I’ve ever had. Fiancée liked the canned rosé. Pretzel was good but could have been served warmer.
Friendly neighborhood brewery with numerous excellent beers.
What an awesome house. Location is great right on the water and beer even better. I would highly suggest she swing by and try it out.
I love this place! Delicious brews, top-notch, friendly service, and a beautiful setting. Highly recommended!

Cute place, decent pretzels. The beer cheese isn't that good so go for the mustard, it's standard yellow. My fiance and I both liked the beer, I had the Live Work Play IPA. The interior almost seems European inspired, it just reminded me of those little cafe's. Cute place though, great staff with personality.
Small brewery with 10 beers/ciders on tap with friendly staff. They were happy to offer my friend samples before ordering!
They have both indoor seating and a great patio section looking out over the water of Lake Anne. The location (and maybe the weather that day) isn't the best and feels like you're surrounded by concrete buildings, but nevertheless a great place to people watch and enjoy a beer.

Little quaint brewery located at Lake Anne waterfront. When I approached the place, my first impression was that it was located in somebody's basement. But opening the door, I was pleasantly surprised with clean and neat brewery and friendly greeting by the staff at the counter behind, which had about 10 taps all brewed in-store. The weather was a dampener. Otherwise, we could have sat on the deck by the river, sipping the drinks. Beer selection ranges from lighter to IPA to dark ones. They have cider, shandy, and Kombucha options, too. Food options are limited to nice, warm pretzels and some packaged snacks, which is expected in a small local brewery like this. The good news is they have a great neighbors serving good food like Lake Anne Coffee House and Kalypso. You can get the food ordered from there or bring your own food.
Super brew house! Great beer, excellent tunes, fun space and the service is sterling! Thanks Patrick and Lake Anne Brew House for turning a dreary rainy day into a good time!
Great little local place!!!
Good service, nice facility. IPA's were average at best. Low rating because of long black hair found in pretzel. Enough said.
Awesome place! Highly recommend. The staff here is very welcoming and warming. The beer is great!
