Little quaint brewery located at Lake Anne waterfront. When I approached the place, my first impression was that it was located in somebody's basement. But opening the door, I was pleasantly surprised with clean and neat brewery and friendly greeting by the staff at the counter behind, which had about 10 taps all brewed in-store. The weather was a dampener. Otherwise, we could have sat on the deck by the river, sipping the drinks. Beer selection ranges from lighter to IPA to dark ones. They have cider, shandy, and Kombucha options, too. Food options are limited to nice, warm pretzels and some packaged snacks, which is expected in a small local brewery like this. The good news is they have a great neighbors serving good food like Lake Anne Coffee House and Kalypso. You can get the food ordered from there or bring your own food.

This is a cute spot to visit. The beer was good (we had the Market Fest Ale), and the pretzels were delicious. The friendly staff made the experience even better.

A simple menu, the beer is good and quality is preferred over quantity.The staff is very friendly and will help you if you don’t know what you want. They also offer a taste of you have never had something. They have beer, cider, and other options, meaning everyone can get something.There is beer to go and swag. The stickers are free.The location is handicap accessible. They have a ramp at the door and tables outside.Additionally, seating is both inside and outside. I tried both and enjoyed both.I drank the Blond and the Red, which were smooth across the palate and easy on ABV. I don’t like high ABV, and they offer a spread here for all to enjoy. Seriously, anyone can find something here.There are plenty of food options around this brewery. I suggest the dumpling shop that is 20 yards away.I hope you enjoy this location as much as I did!
