Ordered take out. The 2 taco plate was supposed to come with beans and rice but they were not in the bag. Just 2 tacos yet they charged me for the plate. They were out of the seasoned ground beef, sour cream AND guacamole like WTF this is a taco place and they don’t have basic items! The carne asada meat on the Laredo bowl was so hard and dried up it wasn’t even edible. What a waste of money this place is horrible!!!

The workers really don’t care how long you wait, I was standing there for 15 min of my 30 min break. The short hair Spanish lady working didn’t even acknowledge me. Horrible service. Left with no lunch!

DO NOT GO TO THE ONE IN INVERNESS FL! Went in this morning and the girl behind the counter with colored hair just looked at me without acknowledging me. When I asked for 6 tacos she rolled her eyes and said “aww man really?” I asked why, thinking she didn’t have the ingredients or something like that, but she had the audacity to simply say, “because I don’t feel like it! I really don’t want to if I don’t have to!” I was shocked and just walked out. That is unacceptable and the store managers and corporate needs to know that is how their employees work and how they speak to customers. Will never return again and will never recommend this place to anyone.

I just visited this location to get lunch and they had a sign posted out front for 2 shrimp tacos and a large drink for $6. I placed my order and got my drink and had to stand in a long line for the 7-11 cashier cause during lunch rush there was only one cashier working! I was in line for 10 minutes of my lunch break and got up to pay and the total was $6.89! I was shocked at the price and I'm thinking I know tax isn't that much! Come to find out, she charged me extra for the cheese and sour cream without ever telling me that it was extra money for those items! Of course I'm trying to tell the cashier this and he doesn't understand or speak English, and then I go back to let the woman know that she needs to let customers know when certain items are extra when they ask for them and she had no idea what I was saying either!I'll never be back to this location or even 7-11!

Hours are inaccurate. I went at 9:30am on a Sunday and they said they didn’t open until noon. The signs in the door state they open at 7am and online the late start is not noted anywhere. I visited 2 locations where this day where the same thing happened (arriving during what was supposed to be normal operating hours to find them closed).No explanation was given as to why they were opening late so I can only assume these are the normal operating hours and what’s listed online and on the doors are inaccurate.

I placed an order this morning to be delivered via door dash at 430 pm.... the people at the restaurant made the order immediately and told the dasher they could not remake it when she arrived to pick up my food.
The Manager was very rude, inconsiderate and not helpful at all. It was not my fault the people at the restaurant made the order when it was placed and didn't read the fact it was supposed to be delivered in the afternoon.

From South Texas where breakfast tacos are 24/7 food. The tortilla alone made the price worth it! Yea to a good place for breakfast tacos!!!

I've ordered here through Doordash three times so far, and the food is always delicious. Just had some pork and chicken tamales today, and they are yummy too. Smaller than I expected, but i appreciate less calories. Great prices and great delivery. Plan on stopping in at Speedway soon.
