I recently visited this restaurant today and was left quite disappointed. The experience started off strange with no greeting when I walked in. In addition, a long black hair found in my food, which was unsettling. The portions were small only half a spoon of the main dish.
To add to the experience, the staff, primarily Spanish-speaking ladies, were laughing and chatting amongst themselves, seemingly unconcerned with customer service. When I requested a refund for the unsatisfactory meal, they only offered me $10 of the $11.08 I was owed. After asking for the remaining dollar, they reluctantly took it from the tip bucket, which felt quite unprofessional. Overall, I left feeling undervalued as a customer, and will not return.
Also, the ceiling looks extremely messed up so I am not sure why individuals come here to eat. Looks like a safety and health hazard. Save your money and time, not worth the experience.

This place upset my stomach so bad. I got a bowl and it was super greasy and the garlic dressing made me gag. The churros were stale too. The yucca fries were okay but I wouldnt come again.
They close at 10pm and we’re out of corn already by 7pm.

Genuinely my favorite place for a lunch. Awesome bang for buck. Fresh taste you can’t get anywhere else. I’m a little hesitant posting this review as I don’t want too many people blowing my local place up

Went in on a Friday afternoon around 4:45. I could see three people working (2 chatting only one was actually working) and one person dining in. I order a bowl, but so many things are missing from the menu. I ask for rice, it’s not cooked yet, I asked for steak they said they only had brisket, I asked for peppers/onions, also not cooked yet. I asked her to put a tiny drop of sour cream, she puts on a heaping even as I’m telling her the scoop was too much for me before she put it on. Same thing happened with the rice after they brought it out at the end. Cilantro was old and discolored. Not to mention when I initially ordered I asked if any of the food cost extra. I was told only queso/guac is extra. Fair enough. We finally make it to the register and when I see the price it’s not the same as the menu. When I ask why, it’s because apparently the steak costs extra. Generally I’m willing to overlook a lot, but the fact that they couldn’t be bothered to put in a little effort just ruined the experience. Why would I pay for this when I can drive 3 minutes down the road to chipotle and get the same thing for cheaper. So that’s exactly what I did. I told the server thank you, have a nice day, and walked out. Never coming back

Awesome atmosphere, excellent service, and the food is incredible. Not sure why other peoples experiences seems to be quite different from the many times I’ve been there. But I love this place and will keep coming back. Definitely becoming a regular at this point.

Great food, fast service. Had the stuffed arepas which were very flavorful. The empanada was light and crispy. The yucca fries were perfect.

My husband and I loved the food here. Unfortunately, there were only two people working at 5:45 pm when we were there (no other customers were there), it was a bit slow, and we had to make sure they got every item we ordered 3 times, but the food was so satisfying! Especially the empanadas. The flavors are bright, unique, well-seasoned, and everything is generously portioned. Yucca fries need salt.
I do hope they keep up the service so I can keep coming back! Hire more people with good quality, professional work. :) I'll be back for sure!

Just found this place and i was very surprised. A fast Mexican spot that actually plays Mexican music. Love it. The food options are above quality and good prices. A definite must once or twice a month if you love mexican street food.

Just finished a shrimp taco which was fantastic. Plenty of shrimp with delicious toppings. This is my first visit but certainly not my last.

Heavy on the rice, light on the protein in the bowl. Flavor is mild.
