This is the McDonald’s I go to when I want a reminder of how stupid things have become. It used to be you would go to McDonald’s and it would come out “fast,” not 20 minutes after you ordered. If you ordered fries, ketchup would be in the bag, not bbq sauce and sweet and sour. But since everything is dumb nowadays, that doesn’t happen anymore.

Ordered 3 value meals to go. One of them was missing the 6-piece McNuggets and there was a long hair in one of the French fries. The restaurant does not have a phone number listed. I called another Reston restaurant and was simply told to go back to the Hunters Woods place and let them know “I talked to Mohammed” in order to get a free meal. He did not need the order number. Overall gross and unprofessional.

McDonald’s used to be the pinnacle of “Fast Food” however this McDonald’s is consistently the SLOWEST I’ve ever seen. When I place an order at 8:15 for a sausage biscuit and 2 hash browns and I’m still waiting for it at 8:45 it’s insane. There is no one ever working the front counter.

The staff was friendly and well trained. This is a new location in 2025. They encourage ordering at the kiosk or app, but they will help you. We used coupons, and they made sure we paid at the counter so we could use them. The fries and shakes were delicious and quick.

EVERY time I come here to use the drive thru I am directed to park on a spot that always turns out to be occupied just for me to drive back around again and have to listen to them arguing and pointing. Literally the only thing this food has going for it it's convenience. If you make it inconvenient, WHATS THE POINT?

Ordered a big breakfast. Instead of getting sausage they gave me a piece of steak with onions on top?? I didn’t order a fajita?? Oh and for the 5th time in a row they gave me my big breakfast with no syrup, no butter or even utensils.

Perfect location just need to work with the employees and managers hospitality skills. Seems like they only care about the drive thru line. Lastly work on the temperatures of the food my food was basically cold .

Seeing the negative reviews on here I think they’re just expecting a exquisite experience from fast food. Everything was delicious and as a new place operating it is doing very well, and I recommend coming here!

While waiting for my food in the drive thru, I noticed none of the workers inside were wearing gloves, which is very unsanitary. The manager also had his fingers in my fries as he put them in my bag.

My first experience was a good one! We all know the over all quality of a McDonald's burger and fries, so I'm giving it 5 stars because it was tasty! As for service, I had an issue getting my rewards to work on the self ordering screen, and I had asked the young man at the register for assistance, he was unsure of what to do, so he went and got the manager. The manager was able to get things working for me, and I was very thankful for that as it had been an issue at other locations. The wait was no longer than any other establishment... when my food was delightfully handed to me, I realized they had given me the wrong flavor of shake... the cashier was polite and apologetic, and fixed the issue right away. As far as the atmosphere, it was upbeat. Yes, there are new workers in training... so my recommendation is patience and understanding. I'm grateful to have this restaurant so close to my house. Thank you, Hunters Woods McD's!
