The lady at the drive through today at 910am that handled me my food was rude to me. I said, politely, excuse me?!? Trying to get the lady attention. She yells at me and say, What? All I was trying to ask for was some strawberry jelly. Some people do not need to be in customer service industry . I won’t be going back. Chick Fila I will go in the AM now.

I had 2 hash browns missing from my order which I really don't mind considering they were some what busy even tho this has happened before in the past. But when I called to inform them what happened, they flat out kept hanging up the phone till the 4th time I was able to get past hello and get the worst customer service in my life. The manager (Yasri) was disgusting with me no apology instead told me what do I want after I told her what had happen and mid conversation she passed the phone to another women (Jamie),so I explained what happened to her again, she did apologize and told me to come back tomorrow morning. Smh please treat your loyal customer better. Extremely disappointed.

Ordered three Kerwin Frost happy meals for delivery because my kids wanted the toys. They took my money and sent the meals but no toys. Bags were sealed so nothing taken. This meal costs more SPECIFICALLY because of those toys so not honoring that is theft in my opinion. Just don’t sell the meal if you don’t have it.

The store manager is rude and disrecptpful- I will not be coming back. I do not understand why they have someone like him in his position- the way he talks to his employees is beyond disrespectful and unreal. Get someone else in the position, the fact that you people are okay with this behavior is insane.
