North Italia is a decent restaurant. We really enjoy the porchetta, while the pizzas and branzino are okay. The chicken parm missed the mark, as I felt it was overcooked and on the dry side. Our daughter wasn't a fan of the chicken tenders as it's a cut up cutlet heavily seasoned with Italian herbs and parmesan. We like the area it's in with other shops and activities.

My wife and I went here for dinner last night and loved it! The food was delicious, drinks were perfect and the best of all was the customer service. Sanjay (the manager) was so kind and friendly and he really made our visit enjoyable. Our waitresses were very nice, friendly and checked up on us plenty which we appreciated.I highly recommend this restaurant and location as it exceeds expectations on every level. We will definitely be back here!

The restaurant concept that we miss in Turkey, its stylish environment, delicious food, friendly service and view. Thank you. I felt like I was in Istanbul.

Love this place...not just the chain, but this particular location is just special. My family and I own a house nearby but regularly have to live abroad. When I come back for business, I always have to stop in. The food is always amazing, the drinks are superb, the service is great, and it's a very affordable menu for a place with this level of atmosphere. The manager actually goes around checking on everyone and filling water. You rarely find that type of service outside a mom and pop family restaurant. Such a refreshing change from many restaurants these days....all this and I was by myself and chilling and reading. No "give us your money and get out" attitude. Truly a rare find. Do yourself a favor and make a reservation. Its culture and relaxation without the snobbery.Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves this place and we don't get shunted to a side room because we bring a child.

A bit expensive for the portion and experience. Food was good, though.

This fabulous restaurant has a great atmosphere and is located in Reston near the fountain. The food here is delicious! I have dined here several times and can always count on their excellent service, great food, and fantastic ambiance. The dishes are wonderful and satisfying, cooked perfectly using fresh ingredients, and the portions are right. The desserts are also delicious. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water, and I can't wait to return and dine again.Parking: Free parking at Reston Town Center garage: first hour free, free on weekends, and free after 5pm on weekdays.

The food was truly miserable. We got the truffle bread for the table to start, and it was some Papa John's-like heap of fried bread drenched in oil and cheese, that then had an additional 1/2 cup scoop of whipped butter piled on top. I had the steak Marsala for dinner, ordered it rare. It came medium, and the meat was mealy and completely flavorless. The entire dish was drowning in too-salty Marsala sauce and the sprouts were limp. Total with two beers and tip was $85. Service was fine and the atmosphere fine, but if the food is so miserable who cares?

An absolute great meal and experience. The service was excellent and the food was even better. My wife and I had lentil soup, shrimp scampi, and the white truffle garlic bread as starters. I've never had anything as good as that truffle garlic bread, believe me! Our main courses were the ricotta cavatelli and the crushed meatball ragu; both exceeded expectations and were perfect. Finally, for dessert, we had the seasonal butter cake and a sorbetto...both excellent. We went home with enough leftovers to feed us for two meals. Very high praise for both Chaim (as our server) and Sanjay (as the manager) for the exceptional level of service that we received during our meal. Also praise to chefs, of course. We'll definitely be back! Thank you!

We were pleased that North Italia was able to increase our reservation from 2 people to 4 just a few hours before our arrival. We had a lovely outdoor table and Lily was our server. She was fantastic and took excellent care of us. The food was super - Salmon, Chicken parmesan, a brunch Omelet, and a Caesar Salmon salad. We split a huge dessert. All were excellent. Nice cocktails too. The manager came around and welcomed us - very nice. We go here often and will be back soon!!

We stopped in on our way to MD. We were so excited because North was our favorite place to eat when we lived in Vegas and we have been missing it. The hostess was unfriendly and provided no greeting. Despite her cold demeanor, I asked for a table for 4 and she simply replied “We have no tables for you. We have bar tables and high tops.” We were not offered a chance to be put on a wait list at all. We fully expected a wait as it was Friday evening. I asked her if we could be put on a list and she said it would be an hour and a half. There were several tables open that could have accommodated our family throughout the dining room. At that point, it was clear we were not welcome, so we left. After grabbing a delicious meal for my family down the street, we passed by and there were no guests waiting, so I would assume those who came in after us had been seated well before an hour and a half wait. Truly disappointing experience for such a phenomenal restaurant.
