We made reservations, but they had overbooked and there was a wait. Once seated, the service was a little slow, but the food and ambiance was great. I would recommend this as a great place for food and drinks, but you will need to be a little patient with the service.

We enjoy Open Road - Reston a lot. It's a 40min ride for us, but we think it's worth it. The food is good, a little pricey, but most things are these days. Most of our service has been great. Everyone has been friendly, but occasionally we have gotten a waiter that forgets us in the back of the restaurant or brings fries instead of sweet potato fries. It's the details you know. I highly recommend it and look forward to going again.

The menu has a lot of great options. I'm gluten free so I liked the popcorn instead of a bread basket. My husbands meal came with Coleslaw but they forgot it and we didn't realize until he was finished and when we brought it up to the waiter they were nice enough to pack some to go plus offer us a free dessert which was above and beyond. Really exceptional customer service. Will definitely go back

Very nice birthday lunch with the family on a Sunday afternoon. Service, food, drinks were all very good although one menu item was not available. Accommodation for dietary restriction was good. Been here multiple times and quality has been very reliable.

Came there last Saturday night for a drink after work. Had the Orange crush which was good. Service was on point but the bar area was not lively at all for a Saturday night. Perhaps it was an off night. I will try again next time. The vibe was relaxing though!
I ve been a Chef for over 20 years at places like Fairmont and Lansdowne and decided to take my wife and daughter there to celebrate my daughter’s Birthday. I must say everything was perfect. We were greeted with a friendly smile the second we walked in. Our server was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and suggested some of the favorites and she did not disappoint, the loaded baked potato soup was delicious very well balanced flavors, the Cobb lettuce wraps were a great way to start the dinner experience, my wife loved the Caesar salad. When it came to entrees the fish tacos were seasoned perfectly and well balanced, my steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare and my daughter still thinks that’s the best burger. The S’mores had all three of us fighting for the last bite. We are really looking forward to our next meal there. So if you haven’t been there you need to go.

The restaurant has a nice sports bar vibe. Our service was slow and we could see our waiter was covering tables inside as well as outside, but he was very friendly. The chili nachos were fantastic. The chicken sandwich was very disappointing - the chicken was not crispy and the fries were not hot. The Roadhouse chicken salad was fine. It's very expensive for food that just "ok". Probably won't go back.
