I love the staff and service at this Panera. Been coming here almost twice a day since it opened to pick up a drink. But recently they changed the parking to paid from free. The fact that I can't quickly park my car and run in and grab my drink without paying for parking has me considering changing that routine to another coffee shop sadly.

Dear Panera. I was extremely excited when I got the new of your new place. But unfortunately this is the second time I have a disappointing encounter with one of your employees. The first time he denied about having cholesterol croissants when I ask and told if I didn’t like I could call corporate, second time today I have service dog and I have come to the store several times because never encountered such an actitud before, by law your employee can question the disability of a person or requesting documentation, your employee doesn’t have the ability to have decent knowledge or respect for your costumers.
Two times in a row is not a coincidence it is a behaviour problem.
I was there today 9:48 am of July 11.

I recently visited the newly opened Panera and was very disappointed with my experience. I ordered a drink, a cookie, and a sandwich. While the drink and cookie were just fine, the sandwich was a complete letdown.
As soon as I began unwrapping the sandwich, everything fell apart. The bread was extremely soggy, and the portion looked completely off. It was such a mess that I genuinely didn’t know how to eat it—or even if it was edible. I’ve never had this issue at any other Panera, especially not at my usual location in Fairfax, where the food is consistently fresh and properly made.
Unfortunately, I ended up throwing the sandwich away because it just wasn’t edible in the state it was served. It’s incredibly disappointing, especially from a brand I’ve trusted for years. I hope this location makes serious improvements soon.
Ordered chicken frontega sandwich and paid for extra mozzarella and chicken and it came out as the normal serving, I questioned the employees and they told me there was extra of both, if this is extra I would hate to see the regular portions, I order this at other locations and it’s hard to eat without the chicken falling out when they put extra portions on. All I could taste with this sandwich was the bread, the chocolate chip cookie was hard as a rock, seemed like it was a couple weeks old! Will not eat at this location again. Brand new store, hard to find parking!

Went with my laptop and worked for a few hours. Many seats had power outlets which is so helpful. The background noise level was moderate. No outside seating at this location. Plentiful parking and safe surrounding area.
