This place is a HIDDEN GEM in Fairfax County. Their ingredients are always fresh and their sandwiches are one of the best I’ve had. It’s my favorite sandwich place to go for a quick bite and hearty lunch. I love their Caesar Augustus. The staff are very friendly too. I prefer Pica Deli over any other sub places such as JJ, Santini’s, Firehouse, or Potbelly. Seriously, I’m surprised not more people know about this place.

I am what you call a “regular” at this fine eating establishment. So I’ve seen it go through changes and owners and be far it has to be one of the best deli in our area, it’s a hidden gem. My absolute favorite is the “leaning tower of pica” but all of their sandwiches are delicious, fresh and with a gracious portion of deli meat. Thank goodness I found an amazing place that had perfectly good sandwiches. I would like for you to try the centurion because the meat and the cheeses fit perfectly together with the lettuce and the tomatoes!!! Thanks for the good sandwiches and shout out to the employees for this experience!
