A brown skinned young man with a perm and the one who laughed was overweight with long hair and a headband she was folding boxes. I wanted to bring to your attention a concerning experience I had at your establishment. When I arrived, the staff laughed and refused to serve me, claiming that the restaurant was closed 20 minutes before the posted closing time. When I pointed out that you close at 11, one employee responded with attitude rather than addressing the situation respectfully.
I found the staff’s behavior unprofessional and disrespectful. I did not feel welcomed, and the interaction made it impossible to complete my order.
I suggest reviewing staff behavior and ensuring that your team greets customers appropriately, provides accurate information, and maintains professional conduct at all times.

I ordered last night and I got a pizza with so little sauce that for a moment I thought I had ordered it that way accidentally, but that was not the case. The vegan knots were great but the pizza was dry and overcooked. I sent feedback in through the form on the website and today I got a form letter email saying they'll use my feedback to get better. No offer to do a partial refund or anything like that. I don't know why they even bother sending that out. I will not be returning here. Another thing to note for pickup orders: there's no close parking, there's always a bit of a walk.
