The service was absolutely terrible. One employee told me it’ll be ready soon when I walked in. He then argued with ppl for 10 min and didn’t cook anything. After 15 min he finally went and grabbed my pizzas that were ready the entire time. Avoid this location at all costs. Awful service

Took a break from making dinner at home one night and decided to try something new. I landed here at this place and it was exactly what made it special. Food was on point and the service was quick, professional and correct. Making this my family night out place, for sure. I ordered from them for the first time in a while, and I was blown away by how much they've reduced the size of their pizzas. It literally banged around the inside of the box because there was so much extra space. Plus they skimped on sauce and toppings to the point that what I did get was half crust.
Look, I get it that costs for everything are up, and everyone wants to pay less. But if they can't make the pizza be pizza sized, then it's guaranteed to disappoint.

I can’t speak to the atmosphere because my orders have been online however they use an Ai bot to answer their calls and refuse to acknowledge email responses for a faulty delivery. I cannot recommend despite the quality of food based on their terrible customer service.

Whenever I'm craving pizza, &pizza Reston is my go-to. I usually get coupons in my email, once a month, and that's my cue for a delivery. Both the pickup and delivery options have pros and cons. There's a delivery fee of $5.50 before you give the tip! And good luck finding parking right out front for pickup. You're guaranteed a walk.
You have decent tables and chairs inside to eat. I almost always get to go, though. CBR is my favorite. I almost always get it. I'm worried they could discontinue that. My other picks are Maverick, American Honey, and Farmer's Daughter. I almost always get two pie,s and CBR is always one of them. I rotate the different pies for the second one.
I never order the knots and drinks when I'm getting delivery because it's 50/50 that they forget to bring them.

I had a frustrating experience with my orders last night, orders 104 and 105. It was around 10 PM, and there were no other customers, only 1-2 orders were on the screen. Instead of taking my order, they insisted that I place a self-order.
I anticipated that there would be issues with my order, and unfortunately, I was right. Both orders were missing ingredients and included incorrect items. I'm really disappointed with the service. It feels like no one is genuinely interested in providing good customer care anymore.

Do not go here! The management does not believe in free speech “quoted by management” in addition they are rash to call security on people who get their children harassed and defend them self. Avoid them at all costs! Management is horrible. FYI the name of the guy is Carl but the entire staff did nothing. So they are all to blame!

I ordered a pizza from the Reston location, and I was so impressed with the taste of my pizza and the amount of toppings distributed evenly. Johnny and Delmi are the best pizza makers and they provide great customer service. I am looking forward to ordering more delicious pizzas like the one I had and I will recommend &pizza to my friends and family.

Major disappointment 💔🍕 I used to love &pizza. I was always telling people how great they were — it was my go-to spot anytime pizza came up. But after tonight, I don’t know if I can keep recommending them.
Ordered 3 pizzas for delivery and left simple instructions: knock at the door, then leave the food or I’ll meet you. They didn’t knock, didn’t text — just left the pizzas at my door with no bags. By the time I got a “How was your delivery?” text, the food was already completely covered in ants.
Three full pizzas, ruined. No heads-up. No care. Felt like a slap in the face from a place I genuinely supported.
Do better, &pizza. This was beyond disappointing
