I can not comment on the food or the atmosphere but the service was non-existent for a restaurant.
We had called in the store directly at 12:12pm to place an order for 2 large pizzas for delivery about a 6 min drive down the road. They said it should be delivered in 45 mins Normally I would pick it up, but me and a crew were busy working and couldn't take our hands off the project.
I got a text message immediately saying the order will be ready in 45 mins.
I called 1hr and 30 mins in following up on the order and the employee told me it was about to be picked up and should be delivered shortly. He apologized for the delay, saying he was the only one there and they were backed up. He Confirmed it will still be fresh and hot when delivered.
I had then noticed a text from door dash confirming the delivery for 1:55pm. Exactly 1 hour after the original delivery time stated on the phone, not a huge deal but my guys were getting hungry..
I was now able to track the delivery from the link doordash sent me. Coming up to the restaurant, the first delivery driver bailed and the delivery time was updated to 2:20pm for a new driver.
Following that, while the second driver was nearing the restaurant. the door dash link had stated the restaurant had taken over delivery of the food and provided a number to call the restaurant if there's any issues.
We waited another 30 mins, and called the restaurant again. The guy on the phone sounded shocked that it hadn't been delivered yet because the driver was almost there the first time we called. And that on their end, door dash showed delivered. Door dash confirmed they never picked up the food. He blamed doordash and He offered to make it again and deliver it himself, but by this time it was 3pm and we were getting ready to pack it up and head home.
3 hours in and no food and not a single follow-up or update from the restaurant. I could've driven there and picked it up if delivery was going to be an issue, but apparently they don't keep track of their orders after they collect the money.
We have still yet to receive a refund and will be following up on that soon.
Overall, I would not reccomend ordering delivery from this restaurant as they don't appear to have a solid system in place to complete the order. We were left with hungry guys and a $40 charge over nothing.

i’ve been ordering from Boli’s for a while now since it’s halal and nearby. Though the pizzas are good, i’m not happy with the delivery at all. On two occasions the delivery guy ‘asked’ for tip and on the second occasion a straight up said he won’t accept cash from us and we should use credit card next time?? since when was it okay for workers to demand tip?? very disappointed and i won’t be ordering from here anytime soon.

Ordered 2 pizzas and 9 wings, wings are frozen and taste bad , the pizza someone very cheap made it he literally put 6 pieces of chicken on it i would call it a cheese pizza not a chicken pizza !!

I've been coming to this location for a while and they have definitely improved their quality and service. Pizzas are well made, sauce is even spread, nice layer of cheese, toppings taste good, dough is well cooked and crust is even all around. They definitely put attention to detail and not just slapping it together to quickly get it out the door. And another small detail they actually cut the pizza all the way through so you aren't struggling to get a slice.
Overall great improvement and new owners. You may not like the pizza, but its hard to argue they aren't putting in quality work.

Very disappointed with the service and cleanliness. The staff did not use gloves while preparing the food, and hygiene was completely lacking. The sandwich was poorly prepared, ingredients were not mixed properly, and the overall presentation was terrible. Definitely not a clean or professional place.

I ordered online at 5:30 PM, and the estimated delivery time was 6:30 PM. Unfortunately, the pizza didn’t arrive until 8 PM. When I called to find out what happened, I was told that my order had been given to someone else — no apology, no offer to make it right, not even a discount or anything complimentary. The only positive was the delivery driver, who was sincerely apologetic and kind. But overall, the experience was disappointing and frustrating. This was the only nearby place that offered convenient halal options, but due to the lack of professionalism and customer care from management, they’ve lost a customer.

Honestly, Pizza Boli’s in Reston has been killing it lately. The staff is super friendly and really knows what they’re doing in the kitchen. You can tell they care about what they’re serving. The food quality this year has been on point — fresh, tasty, and always hits the spot. Whether it’s pizza, wings, or subs, they’ve got it down. Definitely my go-to spot when I’m craving something solid.
This place is delicious!! Support local instead of the big chains. Their delivery is great and every time I've had their pizza it's been great. 10/10!!

Wonderful halal food, I ordered a couple pizzas for the family and wow was I impressed. I had met the new owner and he was very friendly and introduced me to a lot of popular items and they were very nice.
