Their açaí bowls and smoothies are delicious and taste great when the weather’s warm outside.

Love playa bowls - their pitaya açaí and mango options are loved by the kids and I love their smoothies. Always generous with there fruit servings

I online ordered 3 drinks and 1 sweet cold brew drink was made wrong, she used the last gritty bit of coffee. It was remade but still incorrect and extremely bitter in comparison to the other drink that was the same that was fine.

They need to work on their customer service. I feel like every time I have come in, they always have a bad attitude, and there is no service manners whatsoever.

Came to pick up an order on Saturday, I was asked my name, the employee just handed the bag, and walked away.

Today, walked in and the employee tapped on the screen to guide my sister where to pay and walked away.

Just weird odd behavior.

Didn’t expect this to be as filling as it was! Really tasty smoothies with lots of higher protein options. A very affordable, nutrient dense option which tastes like perfection on a hot hot day!

They were so so kind- I messed up my order and they went above and beyond to remedy the situation. Will definitely be back :) Thanks to the staff for making my day!

Have enjoyed this Reston location in the past (over a year ago) and was fine paying the premium for the Pura Vida Bowls. Been in Texas the past year but returned a week ago and took my gf to this location to get us both a bowl last week. The açaí was not thick and flavorful like I remember and both our bowls were runny and the blueberries were old and soggy. Ok, so maybe a bad day…I returned 2 days later to try again and the same issue and this time the some of the blueberries still had their stems attached, wow. The quality has diminished significantly here and I just can’t pay the premium price anymore for what this location now seems to put out. I will say that the San Antonio TX location is consistent and worth the visit, but this Reston store has become a real disappointment. I hope they can change and deliver the quality açaí people come and pay for at other Playa Bowls locations

Today, I tried the Green Room juice, which was kale, cucumber, lemon, apple, and mint. Delicious! Refreshing! I should have ordered the 20 oz instead of 16!

I decided to try something different , the Lola bowl. The greeter said I would like it and recommended her favorite protein when I asked for a boost. always great.

they gave me the wrong bowl in doordash. I wanted a nutella bowl, but instead got some mango stuff. I almost died bc i’m allergic to strawberries and they gave me them. So disappointed.
