I am absolutely done with these fricking incompetent workers. I paid $30 for Delivery pokehub Reston, and they did not put a drink that I paid $4 for in the bag. I couldn't believe this because this isn't the first time I've had trouble with pokey hub but the fact that I'm paying $30 for a bowl and a Fanta and it's too difficult for them to put the Fanta into the bag. And then when I called I didn't even get an apology. I just have to go to Uber eats and request my refund that's going to take another freaking 7 days. Do not order from here. They have no respect for your money or your order. It's a waste of your money and your time.

Their instructions say you get unlimited toppings in Step 3: "Load up on your toppings! Yes, it really is unlimited." All I asked for was an extra scoop of crabmeat salad, and I was told it would come extra. I asked when this changed, and I was told that I am wrong and that I don't know how to read. I took a picture and showed Camila, and she just said "no." This place used to be great, but I cannot recommend it anymore.

I usually always enjoy PokeHub, what I did not like about this place was They charged for everything. Given the choice to put four toppings into my bowl, if I wanted to change and just get three different toppings and one of those toppings to portions, I would have to pay for the double portion which didn't make sense to me. In theory is still would have only been for portions. Otherwise the place was nice. Nothing to complain about the customer service. They just handled the order and explained the way they charge there. I received my bowl and sat outside and the park area which is real nice.

I've been here only once and enjoyed the service, food, and atmosphere of the restaurant. The food is fun to order with all the options to choose from. It's a small place with limited seating, but I was able to find seating during my visit. PokeHub is located across the street from Reston Town Square park, where community events are held throughout the year and where you can spend time at any time during the year. In fact, this is how I found out about PokeHub: I was volunteering at the temporarily relocated Reston Multicultural Festival and while on a break, I grabbed lunch inside here. Great find!Parking: This place is located at Reston Town Center. For the garages, parking is free at Reston Town Center for your first hour, after 5p on weekdays, and free on weekends. For street parking, it's free on Sundays. All other times, you must pay for parking using the RTC app.

The sushirito was HUGE! The poke salad was $17 for a large portion. This place is one of the healthiest meals you could get. Kale, raw ahi, seaweed, and more? Why would you not come here?

I used to like this place a lot. We ordered online for take out. We arrived when it was supposed to be ready. The order wasn't ready and the guy working the counter was really rude. We waited a while and the order never came out of their system. We finally gave up and left. I emailed them for a refund twice, but never got a response. Won't be going back.
