It’s crazy that I as a customer can clearly ask for something up front, only for the employee to not hear me. Then when given my food I asked for the sauces I asked for, then am told that I didn’t ask for them and they’re now charging me for the sauces. Employee made a mistake and should have just given me the sauces. Ridiculous to charge a customer after the ordering.

Honestly the nicest Popeyes I've been in

Sometimes you just need a good spicy chicken sandwich. And in an area where one can cost you 25 bucks (just for the sandwich), Popeyes satisfies.

Literally the worst Popeyes imaginable. Not only is the building in a location that's super hard to access, but the service itself was horrible. The employees didn't speak English and were rude, forcing us to order online instead. They didn't give us our biscuits, the macaroni was all burnt together, and one of the chicken nuggets was raw.

They always forget items. Food is okay and fast. Wish they could spend 10 seconds to check they actually did their job and put everything in the bag. This is happening 66% of the time. I give up and wouldn’t trust them.

Super friendly service and my spicy chicken sandwich was delicious. Parking is a little awkward on the side but will definitely be back when I need lunch in a pinch!

I have been coming here for the past year and never had any issues with the service before. The previous manager/ supervisor was very friendly attentive, and had excellent customer service skills. The new person in charge of this location is definitely not friendly, and need some training on how to be a good asset in the restaurant industry.

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Popeyes. Despite placing my order well in advance, I arrived at the store only to find it closed before the scheduled closing time. This lack of adherence to their operating hours is unacceptable and inconvenienced me greatly. Additionally, I was promised a $15 offer which I did not receive. This inconsistency and failure to fulfill their promises reflects poorly on Popeyes' customer service and reliability.
