I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Popeyes. Despite placing my order well in advance, I arrived at the store only to find it closed before the scheduled closing time. This lack of adherence to their operating hours is unacceptable and inconvenienced me greatly. Additionally, I was promised a $15 offer which I did not receive. This inconsistency and failure to fulfill their promises reflects poorly on Popeyes' customer service and reliability.

Let’s start with I love Popeyes, been a fan for about 33 years. This was the most HORRIBLE experience I ever had with the franchise store. I came in to an empty store, placed my typical order of 2 pieces spicy, coleslaw and rice and beans. Decided to try the strawberry biscuits, the cashier told me 6 minutes. I waited 20 minutes, they burnt the biscuits. I explained that I could not wait anymore. Cashier decided to give me my order that wasn’t warm anymore because he had it sitting out behind the counter. Did not offer me to give me my money back for the biscuits, I had to ask for it. When I get to work and look at my food. NO RICE AND BEANS, NO SPICY CHICKEN (regular flavor) WAY TO SPOIL my day! Not sure if I will ever go back to the same store, which is sad because is close to my house. I would give minus 5 stars for this location if possible

They are really bad with customer service and they have to try their best to get better with customer service and the manager was rude to me. I ordered 12 pieces of nuggets and they gave me with a bad attitude and I’m not coming back to hear no more.
Train your staff in customer service! Stop serving old chicken!!

Hands down the worst Popeyes location I've ever been to. The quality of the food was disgusting, I didn't even finish 'what was supposed to be' 5 piece chicken tenders because one tender was undercooked and another was hard.
Came here for lunch. The chicken sandwich and the chicken with bacon sandwich was the best we have ever eaten. It was crispy and well cooked and we both thought this was the best chicken sandwich we have had in a long time. Highly recommend

Firstly this store is in a weird location! It’s tucked over in a back and you don’t realize it’s a Popeyes at first! There is no drive through, so you have to park and walk in. The parking was very fairly far away from the store. Once inside the store was pretty clean and service was good. The coke was out of syrup though.Parking: Parking is far away

Staff is awesome, and super helpful. If they make a mistake, they will gladly fix it without any issue. I really appreciate all the hard work they do because every time I come here, the food is always fresh and delicious. There's a reason this location is often packed- it's because this is a great popeyes location.
