Staff at any time is always friendly and store and restrooms are always clean. They crunch doing rush time and you can tell everyone knows their position very well and the menu. The managers are just spot on and I would recommend very strongly that they may have a tip cup by the registers. So many ppl including myself would love to tip in cash or credit/debit as well. I just love potbelly like really I do. This is my fav one in the Reston, Herndon area. So Kool.
Vegetarian options: Very healthy vegan choices. Um, you can like all the way personalize your order to a T. That just awesome.
Kid-friendliness: Yes, I totally see like family oriented space and kid choices on menu. Many ppl bring their loved ones, including children.

Fast and efficient for work lunches. There isn't anything special about the sandwiches here, and none of them really stick out as "great", but the convenience of quickly picking up to take back to the office makes up for it. If you aren't here for work, I'd go someplace better.

Spent 10 minutes waiting to checkout for just a bag of chips. Staff was so slow I'm a bit surprised they are still in business. That's with barely any customers. Time for these mega chains to go bankrupt tbh. There's a reason why Tatte around the corner has a line out the door and this place gives you the ick instead
