Both our sandwiches were burnt. Bread was burnt, bacon was burnt. It was so burnt we couldn’t even finish eating it. Truly horrible food. However, we got the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies and those were wonderful. I’m hoping this was just a rushed lunch order that someone overlooked, and not a norm. But I will not be trying it again to see.
For me the food has been good, service is above average and the employees are polite and respectful. In general I visit after the dinner hour. Love the malts.

Ordered online today to pick up at 11:20am…. Walked to store and ended up waiting 40 minutes while the employees made all the customers that walked in orders first. The wait to pickup line kept growing and growing and since we had all paid for our meals, leaving was not an option. Not once did anyone acknowledge or apologize. It would I gotten order quicker by walking in to order. I think the manager needs to rethink that the call in orders are equally as important as walk-ins

Potbelly is by far my favorite sandwich shop chain and though it is always good, this location makes the sandwiches even more awesomer!The sandwiches are always packed fully of ingredients and they never skimp even when it's busy! There can be a little bit of a line during lunch time with office workers, but it moves quickThe employees are always super friendly and in all the times I've been to this location, I've never seen anyone in a bad mood and it is always clean. Plenty of seating inside plus a ton of public outdoor seating around the restaurant as part of the town center which is really nice on a good day.

Sandwiches were both tasty and filling. Especially the Mediterranean, one of the best we had! The service was quick and efficient. Recommended as a good place for a quick bite.Ambiance was great too. Very calm and quiet. May be because we went on a less busy night of a weekday. But loved the experience!Vegetarian options: They do have vegan options.
