The service was polite but I don't know that I'd call it good. Our order was delayed and screwed up several times, they also didn't have the items on the menu to order which I feel the wait staff should've been aware of day after Valentines or not. Too many people tried taking our order from the start which led to the confusion in my opinion. The crab dip appetizer was excellent but the rest was just ok. The restaurant outside on the water was beautiful otherwise it mediocre at best. Not from the area but probably wouldn't recommend it or go back. No offense but this was our experience and it was a bummer.

I really like this place for lunch or dinner. I went for brunch and we had to return two meals. They were overcooked and the scrambled eggs look like egg whites.

The server and manager did a great job accommodating us, but may select another place for brunch

The service was not the most hospitable. We were never really sure of who our server was, one came to pour our water when we sat down, the next one asked if we wanted any drinks, when we said no, he just walked away immediately and didn’t ask about our food order which we were ready for. The third server came over to us to take our order. They weren’t fully knowledgeable of which dishes could be made vegetarian but they did go back to ask. Our table was wobbly. The highlight of the dinner was the veggie burger. It was one of the best veggie burgers I have ever had. Definitely going back to have it again, but hope the service can improve by then.

Vegetarian options: Veggie burger is the best.

Good local, casual restaurant. I went there for brunch on a weekend and their lemon ricotta pancake was flavorful and tasty. They were very thin though. I also went for happy hour and sat at the bar. Their drinks were good and the crab dip appetizer was very rich and tasty. The bartender was quite eager to close the bar/restaurant due to inclement weather.

their food was delish and fresh! The location has a great water front view..but the service that day was not so great.. the restaurant seemed short staff. I WILL say they were friendly and our order was right.. but when it came to getting our check that was the trouble.. I will blame it on the rain and try it again in the spring or something..

Vegetarian options: The Mushroom burger the onion rings were made fresh

Make a reservation!

Food was decent, it’s 30 degrees, only patio seating was available and it’s partly heated, with ceiling fans that not only make it colder, but also make your food cold faster. Some people like to actually enjoy their food… but heyy, I left after my drink and app because it was too cold to stay for dinner.

I had a nice lunch at Red Table in Reston, VA. I started with the goat cheese fritters, which were deliciously rich—definitely a treat, though I could only manage two on my own. The side salad was massive with a really nice house vinaigrette. For my main, I went with their dry-aged burger. While the dry-aged flavor wasn’t super pronounced, it was still good, and the onion rings were a standout—crispy and even better with the side of chipotle mayo I requested.

One small downside was the seating situation. I asked to switch to a table by the water but was told it was reserved, despite it being a slow Wednesday afternoon with no reservations showing up during my two-hour stay. It was a bit disappointing to see so many open tables along the patio without any flexibility. Service was solid overall, though a little slow between courses. All in all, a good experience with tasty food, though the seating policy could be more accommodating.

There for a private party, so I can't talk about the menu, but the buffet was great. A little on the expensive side for the drinks.

I had a work dinner here for 20 people and it was fantastic. Ryan set us up with a table on the patio overlooking the water (yes Ted’s is on a lovely lake in Reston!). The food was fantastic and the service was even better. I highly recommend Red’s.

The food is wonderful and the service outstanding! Red’s Table donated a $50 gift card to the Pathway Homes Breakfast on 11/1/24. Thank you for your generosity. I will highly recommend you to my family and friends. I’ll be back to celebrate my birthday in December! I love supporting a local owned restaurant!
