Good Robeks spot for the Cookie monster

Did not like the smoothie at all when I confronted the guy to give me fresh juice instead.. he said no I already made it.. rude.

Great smoothies overall. The ABC juice with ginger is consistently good, and their nuts and protein (heavy on peanut butter) and Pina Koolada smoothies are tasty. The pea protein tastes bad—it ruined the Cookie Monster smoothie.

Service is hit or miss. They charge $0.50 extra for no ice, which is fine. However, smoothie consistency varies depending on who makes it—sometimes thick and filling, other times too thin and not filling the cup, like today, which was really disappointing.

Not sure who is giving these fake 4 star reviews but their açaí bowls are the absolute worst. I ordered the strawberry one and it was soooo awfully sweet not in a good way. It felt like they used an entire container of honey in one bowl. Also strawberry’s were not cut properly instead they were thrown in as big lumps! I threw the bowl absolutely inedible!!!! For a better experience please go to south block.

I literally just witnessed the person fixing my food touch the egg on my avocado and egg toast with his bare hands. I’m disgusted. I don’t even want it anymore. I have no idea where your hands have been. Wear gloves and change them often. Basic practice when working with people’s food!! He was nice, but that’s gross.

First, I personally find Robek's to offer more diverse options than some of the other smoothie places. I can go low-cal, my grandson can get something kid-friendly and my husband can pack on the protein. Second, mobile ordering makes life so easy! And the rewards really stack up quickly. Third, I am IN LOVE with the toasts! Hummus with tomatoes and cucumbers is a fantastic grab-and-go snack. The staff is always engaging and friendly AND QUICK! Way to go Robeks!

Went for a visit and the usual four (4) smoothies at the Reston store and the experience was great as always. Danny and Juan were engaging, courteous, and on the ball for the order as always. The great smoothies were very good and ladies that get them were very pleased as always!Thank you again, looking forward to visiting, and Happy Holidays!

They say repeating the same mistake over and over, expecting different results, is insanity. Honestly, I must be insane. I don’t know how Reston Robeks can consistently mess up my drink. I absolutely love Robeks, I order the same exact drink , from the sterling location 2-3x a week. It’s nailed every time andTastes perfect! This location is absolutely incapable of following a recipe . The employees are very kind but are fully inept when it comes to making a smoothie.

Way better than Tropical Smoothie! It is a bit pricier than Trop but given that they use whole and fresh ingredients it’s worth the extra buck for your health. My only negative is I wish the service was a little better but I love Robek’s!I recommend the Avocado Egg Toast and Super Green Smoothie.

I was the only customer and my 1st time there. I ordered over $40 then another customer came in and obvious that he knew her. He filled her order then another person came in and he knew him too and filled his order. It was clear he was taking care of them before even beginning mine that I had already paid for. That’s no way to treat a customer.
