Ambiance: great location near the T-Mobile that we had to visit. Parking very handy. Staff: very friendly. They even offered to sign us up for their loyalty program. Drink/food: got my electrolytes in for the day. The sizes of their protein shakes are enormous.

First, I personally find Robek's to offer more diverse options than some of the other smoothie places. I can go low-cal, my grandson can get something kid-friendly and my husband can pack on the protein. Second, mobile ordering makes life so easy! And the rewards really stack up quickly. Third, I am IN LOVE with the toasts! Hummus with tomatoes and cucumbers is a fantastic grab-and-go snack. The staff is always engaging and friendly AND QUICK! Way to go Robeks!

This Robeks is located in a shopping plaza that also has Cava and La Madeleine. Plenty of parking in an open lot. I've always ordered acai smoothies here online and they were consistently great, so I think their smoothie game is good. Service is also usually good and friendly. The reason I gave 3 stars is because I ordered an acai bowl for the first time and there were SO many chunks of ice in it along with chunks of unblended frozen fruit. I was surprised because the smoothies are usually blended so well, but I saw someone else's review saying their bowl also had chunks of ice too(?). I ate a bunch of acai bowls during a trip to Hawaii and never had this issue, so I know acai bowls aren't supposed to be like that especially for such a high price. Probably won't order any bowls again and will stick to only smoothies.

Went for a visit and the usual four (4) smoothies at the Reston store and the experience was great as always. Danny and Juan were engaging, courteous, and on the ball for the order as always. The great smoothies were very good and ladies that get them were very pleased as always!Thank you again, looking forward to visiting, and Happy Holidays!

They say repeating the same mistake over and over, expecting different results, is insanity. Honestly, I must be insane. I don’t know how Reston Robeks can consistently mess up my drink. I absolutely love Robeks, I order the same exact drink , from the sterling location 2-3x a week. It’s nailed every time andTastes perfect! This location is absolutely incapable of following a recipe . The employees are very kind but are fully inept when it comes to making a smoothie.

I'm always a fan of Robeks! They're far superior to Tropical Smoothie because they're actually focused on providing super fresh ingredients without the extra sugar and add ins. They have something for everyone - a protein smoothie section, section of acai (and acai bowl section!), low calorie, etc. service is always fast and friendly.

I'm very impressed with this location. Any online orders are always ready when I arrive. The facility is clean and staff is extremely helpful and friendly. All drinks are well-prepared and tasty.

Way better than Tropical Smoothie! It is a bit pricier than Trop but given that they use whole and fresh ingredients it’s worth the extra buck for your health. My only negative is I wish the service was a little better but I love Robek’s!I recommend the Avocado Egg Toast and Super Green Smoothie.

I was the only customer and my 1st time there. I ordered over $40 then another customer came in and obvious that he knew her. He filled her order then another person came in and he knew him too and filled his order. It was clear he was taking care of them before even beginning mine that I had already paid for. That’s no way to treat a customer.
An incident occurred on their website where I placed an order for delivery because there was no way for me to leave my job. When I received confirmation which was immediately, I called the store to cancel because they told me that my Pickup order was ready. There is no way they had both smoothies prepared within minutes. That was freaking impossible because I called them immediately. They refused to issue my refund. That is fine because I truly hope they enjoy stealing from their customers. I will remain at Champion level at Smoothie king and YES I will be disputing the charge. I will never return to this Robeks or any other one.

Delicious smoothies! They have an intriguing menu that also includes bowls, topped toasts, and other heathly options to explore. And what a great location in Reston Town Center. This place is great for a healthy treat, a break from hauling stuff, and to meet a friend, even to meet someone new. It has a fun, open vibe and is within walking distance to the beautiful Mercury Fountain. You can enjoy your treat outside at the few tables they have outdoors.There is a large parking lot here that's shared among several businesses, but which always has many spaces available.

The workers were nice but WOW is this place filthy. The floors, doors and every surface was covered in yuck. It was about noon when I was there and it didn't look like the counters, prep area or floors had been wiped down for days.

I eat here frequently because I really enjoy their acai bowls. They don't have much variety but the options they have are enough. I prefer Robeks over Playa Bowls, because even though Playa Bowls has an insane amount of options, they load your acai bowl up with too much sugar and they're way overpriced. I prefer Robeks smoothies as well. Their stuff just taste like better quality. If you want a refreshing acai or smoothie experience, I recommend Robeks.
