If you could give the staff 10 Stars I would, 3rd time here, I've been to plenty Ruth's chris, this one is#1. The food, the atmosphere and the staff make this my #1 spot locally. Excellent job to everyone, cannot say enough good things, you just gotta try it!!!

Always a great experience the staff is amazing they are very friendly and go above and beyond to make sure your food is good and you have every thing the way to want. Great job every body at the Reston place Thank you really appreciate the way you guys work

Update To My Review Below: I spoke with the General Manager this afternoon and shared my concerns regarding our dining experience. She was incredibly professional, truely wanted to understand the details. It was very clear to me that she is very qualified as a General Manager running the restaurant. She did not give me lip service. She was genuinely eager to address the issues. Everyone deserves a second chance. I will be going back to give Ruth’s Chris Reston a second try.

Food that came out of the kitchen was not up to Ruth’s Chris standards. Steaks were not quality meat. Drinks took a long time coming from the bar. I do have to give credit to our waiter who worked very hard to please us. Would I go back again? No.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary dinner there. We were escorted to a table that had nice, relevant confetti, and a personalized card wishing us a happy anniversary! I had mentioned the occasion while making an online reservation. We were treated to complimentary champagne and a complimentary dessert (a supremely delicious Creme Brulee), which we had to bring home, because we were so full from the Porterhouse for 2. The steak - filet on one side, NY strip on the other - was (as expected) amongst the best I have had. It was served on a super hot plate with melted butter (the sizzle of the steak satisfied the sense you don't normally associated with eating - hearing!). The drinks - Gamblers Old Fashioned, and Port of Manhattan - were top notch (and priced very reasonably). Last but not the least, the service was excellent - polite, courteous, attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly highly highly recommend everyone celebrating ALL their special occasions with Ruth's Chris. You cannot go wrong.

Food was absolutely phenomenal. I was pleasantly surprised due to myself being a first time guest at RC & I’m definitely returning. I ordered the lamp chops, garlic mashed potatoes & sweet potato casserole. I Oder online frequently & I’m satisfied.

The service here was terrific and the steaks were exceptional. The restaurant stayed open for us as we booked our reservation and then was on our flight landing at Dulles and so the restaurant tried to confirm but we were in flight and so could not confirm. So grateful that they kept our reservation and that we had a wonderful meal. I would ask for Michelle and will always come here when we fly out of Dulles.

Outstanding four course steak dinner! Expensive prices, but worth it for special events. Very hospitable staff and an overall aesthetic ambience. No doubt that I will dine here again for my next big occasion!

Phenomenal! We had mentioned online that occasion was Anniversary, and when we got there, we saw our table had confetti and a card with best wishes. Then, they brought out complimentary sparkling wine. And ended it all with a complimentary dessert ?!! Awesome ?

1st experience with this Restaurant. Had reservations back for my wife and I anniversary dinner back in 2021 but was canceled due to Covid. Since then, went to Reston location 2 weeks ago after a movie in Ashburn and decided to try them out. Worst experience ever!!!!! Our waiter Paul looked at us with disgust because of our attire. We were seated and he left for several minutes. Paul finally comes up and ask what we would like( not knowing we had ever been there before) and asked for drinks so we could look over menu. Comes back and gets our appetizers order. A couple next to us shows up and are greeted with Paul (our waiter) and ask what’s the occasion and proceeds with telling this couple about specials for the day and other favorites being offered. Said waiter comes back and ask if ready to order and takes our order then leaves. Food arrives 15 min later but no refills on drinks since waiter never came back but did for couple next to us more than once Food was finally brung by other waiters and served and was asked if needed any refills for drinks. I will say, food was absolutely 100% but service was 0%. For a bill of over $500.00 for 3 people, I’d say your lucky that you got $100 tip Paul. Highly recommend going to another location instead of the Reston, Virginia location because Paul will judge you

My husband and I wanted to go to a nice sit down dinner and realized we’d never been to Ruth’s Chris’ steak house. It was by far the best decision we ever made. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helped us when we asked questions regarding their menu since we have a nut allergy. Our server, Jack was amazing! He was incredibly knowledgeable on the menu and every recommendation he made was exactly what was promised. I got the stuffed chicken breast and my husband got 11oz filet. The chicken was so flavorful and my husband said the filet was the best he’s ever had. As a first time experience this restaurant has met every expectation. We will definitely be back!

First time dinning at this place! Best steak I have had it was so tender and cooked perfectly! Jack our server was top of the line and very professional and attentive! 10 out of 10 and ask for Jack!
