Santini's New York Style Deli - Reston

Santini's is across the parking lot from NTB on Baron Cameron. We chose this place to stay cool while we waited for new tires on our trailer.. We ordered the fountain drinks, which we enjoyed with chicken strips, children's hamburger, and the Santini Calzone. The Calzone was by far the best item we tried, and the cheese was cheesin', certainly! There was tons of seating inside and outside. The outdoor patio was perfect for keeping my service dog with us while preventing her from overheating out in the car. ❤️ Big thanks to the flexibility of this restaurant and the kindness of the entire team.

Always great to be at Santini's. Really like that you can get toasted sandwiches.

$20 for a cheese steak and soda!!!!!
WAY TOO HIGH OF PRICES!!

Nice casual spot. We tried the chicken parm and meatball subs, french fries, and onion rings. Everything was excellent. Bread for the subs was toasted just right, and the fried sides were the perfect crispiness.

The steak and cheese sandwich use to be good but is always dry and gross now without toppings. Has gone completely down hill.

Excellent deli food as always!

a friend of mine and I went to Santini's for lunch we ordered a double peperoni pizza, and some soft drinks, the quality of the food was great, the employees where polite, the atmosphere was good inside the restaurant, it was not to loud and was spacious

Myself and a work colleague came here for lunch and we each ordered our sandwich which was easy to order, I ordered the Steak and Cheese and I can’t say anything but good about the sandwich. The card machine was down today which was an inconvenience for me but luckily I had some cash on me. It would be nice if they put a sign on the door if something like this happens. Will be returning soon as my kids enjoy this place.

I placed an order online and accidentally placed it at this Reston location instead of McLean. When I called to ask to cancel the order so I could re-order at the right location the person on the phone was rude and refused to help. It was an honest mistake and disappointing that they could not help.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had at your restaurant on While I had high hopes for an enjoyable dining experience, I was unfortunately met with several issues that left me feeling dissatisfied.

Firstly, the service was extremely slow. Two of the cashiers were rude, disgusting, and unresponsive. They need to change their attitude towards people or they shouldn't be working there at all. Despite several attempts to flag down a server, it took an unusually long time to receive any attention. Secondly, the food quality was poor. My meal arrived cold and undercooked, and the presentation was unappealing. Lastly, the atmosphere was not up to standard. The restaurant was noisy and overcrowded, which made it difficult to enjoy the meal.

I would like to request that corrective actions be taken to improve the quality of customers' service and food at your establishment. I suggest that staff training be provided to improve the responsiveness of the servers, and that the kitchen staff be more diligent in ensuring that the food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented in an appealing manner. Additionally, I recommend that you consider reorganizing the seating arrangement to improve the overall atmosphere of the restaurant.

Worst experience trying to do delivery of order from this location. Associates pretty much ghost you for 10 plus minutes. This causes inconvenience for customers.
