To the manager: Blanca, you told me i have to be in uniform to get military/ federal discount and to the management of silver diner over all, this is what i got in return after asking for a discount. Ice-cream all over the place in a box with a broken brownie thats so hard to even eat. No syrups no nothing with it at all whatsoever. As well, was given a freaking knife and a fork to eat ice cream with salt and pepper ????? Shame on you guys. I hope the headquarters take action on you guys. All the best !

Zay H did a great job with our group of 4. The only detail I wish his leaders understand is what is a gastric bypass patient and the need for us to order from the kids menu. Normally, I would order regular plate, eat half of it and take home the rest to eat later, but I am visiting from out of the states and did not want that extra portion. Zay's leader told him from the beginning it was not permitted. Zay kindly explained the situation and said the manager could come to the table and honestly all I wanted to do was run away for their lack of not understanding. He went to the manager and explained and I was finally allowed to order from the menu. My question is...why make the client angry if I am telling them why I need to order from the kids menu? I do not want to pay and throw away the rest of the food. I was even showing the card I carry which identifies me as a GBP patient. Other than that, Zay made sure we received an excellent service and kept comming back to our table to check if we needed anything else. All in all the food was great and Zay was even better!
