My friends and I made a dinner reservation for 7:30pm this past Friday night, expecting it to be crowded. When we arrived and checked in with the hostess at 7:30 we were told that they were running a bit behind but would let us know when our table was ready. No problem, it’s a Friday night. Well after 30 minutes of waiting (30 minutes past our reservation time) we were told there were still 4 more groups ahead of us! We waited another 15 minutes while trying to decide what to do, and sent one member of our party to another restaurant where we were seated immediately. We told the hostess that we had waited 45 minutes past reservation time and were leaving. She just responded “okay.” Not an apology? After all that wasted time? Crazy! I don’t understand how they can be so poorly managed and seem to be so popular. I would recommend going elsewhere if you actually want to be seated and get a meal.
Shanta welcomed my friend and I at the bar and explained all options perfectly. We opted for a wine flight each and she guided us with her expertise, exceeding our expectations. We highly enjoyed our experience and highly recommend!

I have mixed feelings about our visit here. We sat outside but had to walk through the main dining area which felt like a cafeteria food hall. It was all open and LOUD. Tables were set up cafeteria style in rows and it was brightly lit, which I would not expect from a somewhat upscale restaurant. Being vegan, it was nice to have an option on the menu. I had to dig for info on vegan wine though because the server did not know. I finally found that the Sesenta Cava is vegan! The Broccolini and Potatoes was decent but could have been better. Whole crushed potatoes and cashew cheese on pizza was interesting. Most vegans do love potatoes but there are a 1000 other vegan toppings you can put on pizza. Overall, will probably only go back if invited since I'm not a fan of a noisy atmosphere.

Charcuterie board was great. The ricotta cheese was incredible. Dinner on the other hand was horrible. Service was less than desirable. If you’re sitting in the lounge chairs or couch outside, you’re not gonna get service. Zero, even when you asked the hostess for someone to come. Service at the table was great at first, but they kind of push you and bring your entrées before you’re finished with your appetizers. Got filet mignon asked for medium rare it was raw. Couldn’t get staffed to come to the table had to keep waving my hands. Finally, someone came and agreed that it was practically raw. When they returned with the meat supposedly cooked more it was odd looking. My son has had a lot of filet mignon in his life, and he took forever trying to actually chew a piece. We asked for a bottle of wine with our dinner, and that seemingly was forgotten until we had almost finished our dinner. Ordered chicken and pasta, and it tasted like the cap fell off of the black pepper. The menu on the phone was hard to follow. The server standing at your table holding the machine that you pay on was odd feeling. They stand there while you choose what to tip. Sad. Such lovely atmosphere and pet friendly.

Great experience. The hostess was friendly and inviting, the service was excellent considering we had a table of 12. We tasted almost everything on the menu and everything was good. There is a huge selection of wine, and the setting is new and modern. Great restaurant for almost any occasion

Per the Manager's Request, I'll leave a written review. The restaurant itself is very nice, and the service was great. Per recommendation of the waitress, I ordered the creste di gallo from the brunch menu and it was very mid to me, and I sent it back and just got a Caesar salad as my main entree. Now you can't really mess up a salad but apparently on this Saturday at Sixty Vines you can, the radicchio was bitter in taste, so I ate around it. I did try my friend's pork chop and that was pretty good, but I didn't care for the sides. For a pork chop that big it should have come with some other than the pistachio & peppadew romesco, very unsatisfying in my opinion. The mussels and brussels were very good and I would definitely recommend that. My rating remains the same as far as food, it wasn't terrible just wasn't to my liking. I would return but probably the one in DC.

We were fortunate enough to have great weather, So we were able to eat outside. It was pleasant and comfortable. Our server was very attentive.
Bonus! We could hear each other.
(I wish other restaurants followed .)
Thanks for a wonderful meal and pleasant atmosphere.
UPDATE : recently, I dined indoors. It wasn’t ridiculously loud, but we had to speak with raised voices.
The Richard, our server was very attentive and helpful.

Overpriced. Loud. Had to sit at a community table like a high school cafeteria. Food was not good. Major disappointment. On the way back to the car had to stop at Chipotle to use the bathroom. The food made me sick to my stomach. The health department needs to shut these people down.
Update... I saw that the manager reacted and commented on my post. I actually took the time to call back during non busy hours when she would be available. I called 2 times. 1 time I was told she was busy. The second time I called, I was told to take down the manager's email address and she would respond to that because she didn't have time to talk to me. After 24 hours of food poisoning and 2 calls, I am over this nonsense. I hope they go out of business.
The good: Loved the food, and the wine paired very well! The place is pretty and has a great vibe. :)
To improve: Our server individually was great, but the overall service and experience needed some work. It was a Sunday afternoon, pretty empty, but with apparently a lot of staff around, and yet:
- nobody FOH when arriving. Had a guy in front of us visibily agitated having already waited a while, and still we waited even longer still for someone to finally seat him (and then us). Not sure why nobody else was watching the door.
- some big delays in attending to the table (never got a water refill).
- our food, while tasty, was only lukewarm on arrival. Perhaps it was sitting on the pass for quite a while?
Not sure what's going on with the staff allocation but given the amount of staff we saw vs. tables, there's something to improve there.
We'll probably give it a little while before our next visit.
