Great spot. Friendly cashiers and talented baristas (all impressively poised even when busy). I am often overwhelmed by Starbucks' extensive menu but Jonathan kindly and patiently explained the various options and customizations. He helped me decide on the perfect beverage. The drink was a banger. I will definitely be back. HIGHLY recommend.

Walks in super thirsty, i was coughing for a minute i asked for water and the guy said only for paying customers. I drink more starbucks than anyone in my life and i was heading over to the movie theatre where they would have definitely thrown away my starbies if i got one. All i asked is the tiny plastic water cup but yeah, i guess you can't show any humanity for free anymore! Damn! Never coming here again

Really friendly staff who always greet you with a smile. The drinks are consistently great, and the store is clean and well maintained. Service is quick even during busy times, and it’s a nice spot to relax or get some work done. Definitely one of the better Starbucks locations I’ve visited.

They made my drink wrong and when I asked her to look at the ticket and add the cold foam that was missing that I paid for, she got mad and her and her manager gave me dirty looks. They spoke to everyone who came in the store except for me because I’m black. I would never spend my money here ever again or my time. It’s not right to treat people with prejudice. I paid for my item just like everyone else and it’s unfair to treat me rudely for no reason.
For reston events, Starbucks doesn’t turn off mobile order, despite 2hr waits. People are just leaving after an hr bc they can’t cancel and Starbucks is keeping the money of course. Terrible .

Just go to tatte down the street. The barista didn’t care that I asked for whole milk instead gave me watered down 2%. Literally said she didn’t care to the cashier, in front of me. Also random loud music blasting in a tiny space. Not the vibe. It takes nothing to be considerate/accountable to each other. give a shit. But don’t worry, I will never come back to this location.
