Very loudly complain, so my girlfriend can hear it, about me wanting to use a restroom to which they didn't even give me full code. So in the end no ability to use it, but lot of complaints from the employees.

Worst Starbucks Service Ever! 100% focused on the lady in this photo. While I have never been this negative, I decided to read the other reviews for this site in case I was "just having a bad day." Unfortunately for Starbucks Whiele Metro, there are many, many other negative reviews. Summary: 1) I'm a Starbucks regular with the Starbucks App and over $100 to buy lattes for me and friends. 2) I was late for Metro and needed to pee before getting my latte (us 67 year old men), 3) the lady in the picture refused to give me the bathroom code. I showed her my app and handed her $5.00. I'm about to pee in my pants and not interested in peeing on your floor. 4) She refused service and showered me with disrespect. Then the Asian lady looking away in the picture gave me the code. 5) I suggest you review and train your people. DISAPPOINTED.

I’ve been coming to this location frequently as I use the metro to go to work. Yesterday the male barista tried to be slick and add a 15% tip while I looked away during an Apple Pay transaction. In the grand scheme of things is $1 that big of a deal? No. Is what he did disrespectful? Absolutely. You need to do better.

After 2 hours in my car I chose this Starbucks to plug in my Tesla & was excited to get an espresso & relax. I was limping & dying to use the bathroom but was refused even after confirming I would buy something & basically begged. I was clearly not a bum & found this extremely rude. This has never happened to me anywhere in NY or NJ. Manager should allow employees to use discretion. Ended up sitting in my car while charging. Super disappointing.

This Starbucks recently went through a “remodeling” where the store was supposedly going to be updated. The day they were supposed to reopen kept on being pushed back. When they finally did reopen instead of the store being updated like advertised it was instead reopened as a licensed store. This means it is no longer a corporate affiliated Starbucks and as such no longer accept payment through the app, mobile orders, Starbucks promotions or stars etc. The quality of the coffee has also gone downhill with the drinks tasting nothing like they are supposed too.

December 12,2023 —- they don’t take Starbucks App payments, so no stars….The most ridiculous way to treat customers. Have been “remodeling” and changing the reopening date on a daily basis. Clearly they are very inefficient and clueless at customer service at this location. How can you advertise for weeks reopening December 2 and then change it to December 7th the day before? How can you be so off?!! It gets better, you plan ahead of your commute only to find out that now they decided to reopen on December 8th!!! They are treating this store as a joke! So not the way Starbucks corporate models their business. I along with two other people yelled a big “F..k”! when we showed up to get our coffee and pastries this morning. Unfortunately, no other options in the area at 07:00 am. Ridiculous!!!

I've gotten coffee here literally hundreds of times since I pass it on my way to work. The baristas are nice BUT they are extremely inconsistent at this location in terms of making drinks correctly. If you order the same exact drink three days in a row, it will taste different each time. Insanely sweet one day, the next day it'll taste like plain coffee. They so rarely get it right. On top of this, this location is randomly closed sometimes so then you just can't get coffee at all. Very frustrating.

I had to return three times before they were able to make what my wife wanted. I shared with them the correct name and the image from their own online menu. It could not have been any more clear she wanted a CARAMEL APPLE SPICE. But they first made her a cold drink with ice. Then they made her a warm coffee. Finally in total exasperation I leaned on the counter and responded to the question "did we not get the order right?" with a "it's warm apple cider, you [REDACTED]."One reason to avoid this Starbucks is that they are not good coffee professionals, but an even better reason is that they are not good people. At no time did any of them offer any apology or compensation. No gift card. No refund. They seemed genuinely irritated and bitter with me throughout this crisis of comprehension.I also overheard them trying to manage another complainant, who refused to leave until he spoke to a manager. He was convinced there was a manager on the premises because he had been told by that manager herself that she would be there that day. But the barista insisted no manager was scheduled to be there for another few days. I don’t know which is worse: a manager who hides from her customers or one who is never there to manage the store.I am also bewildered by the fact that every time I go in there I never see the same face twice. Is Starbucks experimenting with the concept of total daily staff turnover / replacement?

I've come here off and on since 2019 or so, staff has remained fairly consistent in that time, only fully rotating once I think. With no exceptions the staff are comprised of immensely hardworking, genuine, warm, friendly individuals.
