i've been a barista for 7 years and my drink, brown sugar shaken espresso, always is made horribly here...i've asked them remake it and it tastes equally as bad. they add and insane amount of milk and you can't taste the espresso at all. i think they're making an oat milk latte instead of the drink i ordered. the drink also comes with cinnamon powder on top and the drink never has it - even after asking them to remake it. this is super disappointing because this is the closest starbucks to me but i would go anywhere else because the other locations make it correctly.

I always buy coffee sometimes breakfast here Monday-Friday as I work around the corner. I always order extra hot, however I have noticed they never put sleeve unless I tip. Even that depends on the tip. I think I need to stop coming here.

I went into this location at 9:50 on July 18th, 2025. I walk to work(in the same shopping center), and today it was 92 degrees. I asked the manager Margaret for a water. She looked me up and down, and asked if I was going to buy something. I said no, but that I just needed water. She refused, so I left.
I googled the policy - which states that if you are not busy at a Starbucks location you may have the CHOICE of giving out water. With that information in hand, I proceeded to try and take pictures of the counter. So I could prove that it wasn't busy, but due to my anxiety I was not able to raise the phone high enough.
I left the location and Margaret the manager proceeded to follow me out of the store recording me with her phone.
When I told her I was on the phone with customer service, she made an immediate u-turn and ran back into the store.
I've included the pictures I took, so you can see the angle of my phone. In no way shape or form did I video her or try to get any pics of her. Yet she took it upon herself to not only follow and harass me but to try and embarrass a person as well.
If you want to buy your coffee here, do it. But if you're looking to be treated with respect decency or anything in between - just make your coffee at home. And God forbid you want a water.

Too many homeless sitting at tables. I moved to another location to spend my daily $12.
My first time here in a chilly rainy morning. Starbucks coffee and food are pretty consistent everywhere so it’s really the staff that makes or breaks the experience. My order came out really fast - and the guy who keyed in my order actually brought it to me at my table which was a nice touch. As I sat enjoying my coffee, I noticed the staff calling regulars by name, and exhibitinga a generally welcoming vibe. If you look at the negative reviews here - seems to be a lot of whiny entitled people. This is a particularly nice Starbucks - and the outdoor area on a warm day (which is not today ☔️) would be quite inviting.

Truth Bomb
Drink my entire LARGE to go coffee and on my last sip, there’s something in my mouth…. I pull it out and it’s a dead fly. Completely grossed out and will never trust a “to go” coffee ever again. Ruined that for me. Staff was OK, could have been friendlier. Took a while to get my fly coffee but it did taste okay considering.
