The employee there that day was extremely rude and tried to overcharge me twice, acting like it was no big deal and she even made my drink drink wrong making it cold instead of hot and didn’t even apologize very unprofessional experience.

Most of the time nobody there they always say they are at Break three times in the road I stop by to get my green tea then want me to wait 10 minutes Because they never have tea ready excuses, they told me they say the man from the morning they don’t make tea service very very poor definitely I don’t recommend this place

It's Okay, the drinks are fine and everything is OK but my last visit was not great. I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch but instead I got a Caramel Frappuccino. Not really great and I hope my next visit is better.

They were better than expected! I would highly recommend.

got there 20mim before clothing and the cashier refused to make the drink bc they close around 8 even though i got there at 7:40 on 5/17/21 this was beyond annoying. also never have i had a good experience at this place they have disgraceful service.

Worst service ever literally I wait for my drink for more than 15 min also attitude the employees give you the worst literally I order there almost every day and the new employees suck.

I had finished an appointment in Fair Oaks and returning back to Ashburn, stopped off at the first Starbucks I can remember visiting in the Fox Mill Shopping Center in Reston, close to our prior Home in Herndon. This was the first Starbucks and 11 years ago was one of the busiest will long lines to get drinks or breakfast items. Seemed small this time…although with no seating largest than it really is. They haven’t done much renovating so it as familiar. Not many people early morning so it was quick to get my London Fog and coffee cake. Polite folks. Nice visit with memories.

Me and my family went there at 7 and we been told the cashier was on break. Then we saw the cashier walk back in forth and at the end he came back and said we were closed with a attitude and it wasn't even 8 yet.

Very fabulous store, the people are so nice and love to help the Starbucks inside is always neat clean and they always have what is needed! This is a great one stop shopping store! Very clean and Gloria at the Starbucks is excellent she has great service and knows about her coffee.
