I was not needing an item of purchase last Sunday 09/20. I asked for the restroom code and was strictly denied. I understand why this is in place. However for a regular person with the app and is a frequenter of various locations being denied is hurtful and rude. There has to be an exception to the rule and the lady's judgement this time failed the brand in a massive way. I called the manager Julian, and he was extremely rude and put the phone down after I objected to him not providing me the area contact details. He thought it would be a good use of my time to drive from MD to VA and pick the card details up myself. This was a terrible and unforgettable Starbucks experience. Julian made it way worse. There are far too many other coffee shops that do not behave this way to regular clients.

Free refills when you hang out :) Everyone is kind and thoughtful even when they are slammed. The atmosphere is great. Music is at a reasonable level to work on my laptop and have conversations. It's busy but no fights for seating. Temperature is always nice even when it's not outside. Lastly, the Pikes Place was on POINT today *chefs kiss*.

Very Rude Staff. Very bad customer service. I waited there for 9 minutes they are just talking to each other and flirting with each h other. Older guy with mustache ignored me when I asked him question. I will not recommend this location to anyone. There's plenty of ther coffe shop. No Manager at front for customer service. Tell your staff there's no homeless man across from him. It shouldn't be a problem for me to use the restroom today without ordering a coffee. Abandon your stupid policies and politely share the door code with anyone who asks. I can wait at the restroom door and enter when someone else comes out. Be chill for your regular guest.
They come into the store for years, but lately my experiences have been very unpleasant and a sense of they never follow the drink order modifications properly you ask for extra of something like caramel drizzle and they put in fact less it seems they don’t care about the quality of their drinks at this location they’re just doing it to get it out I’ve gone there four times this week to maybe hope that they get my order right when I order it one time, but nope, each time I go there I have to get my order fixed whether I ask for no ice in my cup or extra caramel or White mocha instead of regular mocha Smdh won’t be going to this location anymore even tho I live in the shopping center rather

My coffee has been made incorrectly the last 5 times I have been to this location. It's an iced coffee with light oatmilk and classic syrup. I didn't know you could mess a simple drink up 5 different ways but the South Lakes Starbies found a way.
