My coffee has been made incorrectly the last 5 times I have been to this location. It's an iced coffee with light oatmilk and classic syrup. I didn't know you could mess a simple drink up 5 different ways but the South Lakes Starbies found a way.

One female worker at around 2:33, Monday with dark brown I think hair pulled up was extremely short tempered. She got my order wrong, and when I politely told her I asked for an iced and not hot, she turned around and gave me the worst attitude in front of the whole store, telling me I should have double checked my order before ordering. I’m not one to get out of the house much for extreme social anxiety and agoraphobia, so today was my day of testing to see if I could get myself out there for once. Little did I know that this worker would make the whole store pause what they were doing and stare at me over her mistake. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what, but you should really find out who that girl is and get her out of there. Very rude and not nice at all.

Starbucks with their usual menu. They have small breakfast menu and available snacks for it too. You can grab a coffee and sit inside, work or chitchat with your friends. They have decaf coffee too and choice of milk as oat milk, almond milk, regular, fat free etc. The place is a bit dark and miss daylight light i feel for a cafe. The staff were patient and helpful while taking orders and serving our drinks. The place also has allot of mugs for sale. You can choose yours and purchase one. They have all season special drinks too. If you love trying different flavors try one.

This Starbucks is consistently great. I travel to the area about once a month for work and actually go a little out of my way to stop here for a morning coffee. They are efficient, friendly, organized, and the store is clean. The service is top notch!
This location does not have a drive-through as stated on Google. Other than that, the place is great.
