I unfortunately have to go to this subway location frequently because its the closest one to my job. The staff here are not friendly at all never smiling, never ask how they can help you etc. They usually just stand there until you tell them what you would like. I see a lot of frustration at this location especially during lunch when the lines get long as there is a huge communication barrier between the staff and customers as most of the employees barely speak English. The bread is almost always burned the ingredients never fresh to the point customers are having the employees pick through what they want which also slows down the line. Overall this store needs a complete overhaul from corporate if they cared how their franchises are being ran.

The worst subway ever. Constantly gets my order wrong and the card machine is down half the times I go. I only go because of the convenient walking distance but don't think I can justify going here anymore. The employees just don't care.

Today i was craving Chicken Dumpling soup and i thought subway would have it. This is the second location i called to inquire about the soup. This lady put me on hold and said "idk" and grab someone else. I waited for them and they asked "hello?!" I asked if they are serving chicken dumpling soup today? they said "whats your name?", why do you need my name to ask if you have it or not? "are you putting in order or what?" no, im not. do you have it yes or no? "have what?" CHICKEN DUMPLING SOUP. "we have chicken breast, etc." No... i meant SOUP. "no we dont have it" ... spent a good 10-15 mins on the phone and a good 5 mins typing this s**** LMAO. It was so frustrating talking to her bc i was talking slow for her to understand but clearly both of them didnt know what SOUP is. I'm really over how d*** ppl are nowadays.

I work in the building that the subway is in the last that opens up every day won't unlock the front door until 8 one day I watched 15 people walk up to the front door and walk away cause they thought they were closed also the lady that works there is super rude

My partner and I placed and online order for this location. When we arrived, they said that they had no order placed from us. We tried to show proof from our bank account that shows money taken from our account for a subway purchase but they just kept repeating sorry. Why do both of the subway locations close to me absolutely suck!
I mean....it's Subway. Not enough meats/cheese and 10 pounds of lettuce. Front line workers speak minimal English....you know the drill.

The lady who was there in the noon time on (07/27/2017 at 2:30 pm) was so rude and arrogant, she simply put all unwanted stuff on my sub without me asking when I said I dint ask for that stuff she started explaining things saying this is this n bla bla bla..!! As if I dint know..!! No manners at all..!! Over all a worst experience.
