Stood at counter for 15 minutes waiting to be served while employees stood in the office talking and staring at me. No one answered me when I tried speaking to them and they continued to ignore me. There is no customer service at this location and employees don't seem to care. I've been a manager in the food service industry for 20 years, im going straight to corporate with this.

A zero star would be more appropriate. Ordered for pickup. Modified the sandwich and what I got was a BMT with no cheese and not a single thing that I asked for. Totally inedible. Not even the right bread. Currently eating a bowl of cereal.

Pretty much like every subway. Serving little food for an expensive price on sandwiches...This one I don't like. They act like we don't know the menu. My sandwiches always have very little meat and I have to get extra meat to be charged the extra. Serious Bull I'd say.

I work in the same shopping center and as such I've stopped by to eat at this subway several times. Few weeks ago I stopped by on break and asked for a cup of water. The assistant manager gave me a look, gave me a cup and watched me get my water. Weird but whatever. I go in yesterday to get some water because I was tired and wanted another cup of water. I go over and ask the same lady as before for a cup and she ignores me. I stand there waiting and she goes into the back room. 2 minutes later another employee comes up and I ask her for a cup of water. She tells me I have to pay for it. I ask her why and she says that's what the assistant manager says. I look towards the back room and can see her peaking out watching us talk. I tell her "Are you serious? I work in a store here too" and she just keeps saying that's what the assistant manager says. What awful service from both of them. I've been a customer there before and I've never done anything to warrant suspicion from any of the workers. The assistant manager has it out for me or something and the other employee has no back bone to say "hey this isn't right" If we work in the same area we should be having each other's back not behaving like I'm a thief or something. Don't eat here, don't support this store, eat at literally any of the other food places near by.

I've been going to this subway for 4 years. I have always been happy with the service and subs. I regret not writing a great review before. But when you get the service you expect then I do t write a review. I ordered, it was accurate and I ate it. Last week I ordered 3 subs and when I got home one sub was a veggie sub with extra Mayo which was not what I ordered. They gave me someone else's sub and obviously gave someone else's mine. I didn't complain. Tonight my son and I went in and ordered two subs and the woman seemed angry that we came in 30 min before closing. She threw the subs against the register and had an angry look on her face. My son asked for a small cup for water and she gave him a large cup. When he was filling up his cup she grabbed the large cup away from him and gave him a small plastic cup. Like hello? The service here is horrible and this has changed within the last 3 months. I don't know why but when they act like this I'm out.

Store associate an old Spanish lady is so rude she don’t know at all how to provide a good customer service to a customer . I did online 2 footlong tuna subs . And I ask her not to put green pepper and onion on one of my sub which is forgot to mention in my order and she start scolding and said I know my work let me do my work . And she ask me to be quite . I will never ever go to that store again in my life .

Ordered a $10 foot-long sandwich with Sweet Onion Sauce (the one & only reason I like Subway). I then immediately CALLED the restaurant to confirm the sauce and to please add extra on the side. Drove 15 minutes for curbside pickup during a rainstorm. When I got back home 20 minutes later, my sandwich had no sauce whatsoever and nothing on the side. Chicken, lettuce, and bread. When I called and asked for a refund, she said she can only ask me to drive back in the storm to get the sauce. Even if I considered such a ridiculous request, by the time I got home my food would have been beyond cold. Contacted corporate. They did nothing but say “we’ll tell our team, and see you soon!” I could say more about that, but just DON’T go to Subway, especially this one. Go to Potbelly’s instead.

Having a child that loves Subway, my hats off to parent company Dr and Associates, or whatever they are called. If memory serves me correctly, they now have more locations than the Golden Arches. That's very impressive, and while I'm not sure what their franchising requirements are, they are the proverbial winner for consistency. This one has a cozy location, which I like, as some can be busy, impersonal, and feel as if Thomas Wolfe would scream at for. Obviously not expensive vanity, but a cliche on a number of levels. If you want a good staff, go to this one.Every visit I've been immediately greeted. That's with or without my son, and the employees seem to genuinely be happy along with a good level of being kind. I like the tuna sub especially, my son is all about the spicy Italian. They have the usual meal deals. It used to be a lot cheaper, but that's probably inflation related, just like everything else. This is a clean one, and if you're in the area, it works for a quick meal.

I went in for a quick work break on my route pretty good I was greeting and helped even when I went to the restroom midmake of my sandwich he didn’t mind he waited for me to come out. My only problem is I got a drink from the fountain, lemonade, I was in a rush so I poured and left but taking a sip of my drink it tastes like its a mix with sugar and pickle juice not lemonade.

This subway is one of the worst I’ve ever been to. They belittle their guests and won’t pick up their phone when being called for a delivery order.

Went with my special needs brother yesterday since Subway is his favorite restaurant. Old Hispanic woman who took his order was the rudest person I’ve ever met. She asked if my brother wanted our sandwiches in two bags or one and originally he said one. A moment later he said “Actually I’m sorry, but can I get a second bag?” trying to be polite as possible. Woman huffed very loudly and grabbed a cup to which my brother got confused and said “Oh no, I mean a baggie like the plastic bags, sorry” and he touched the bag he already had to show her. She rolled her eyes and grabbed a bag and tossed my sandwich in it, stormed to the back and waved her hands around like crazy and started to complain about my brother in Spanish to the other lady working there. Unfortunately for her, I understand Spanish and I do not appreciate people talking disrespectfully about my brother. He has special needs, was polite as can be, apologized though he didn’t need to, yet she wanted to go shout and wave her hands around like she’s crazy. My brother still left a tip in your jar. Went to pick up my sandwich to leave and it fell out the bag somehow, it stayed in the wrapper thank god. Even if I fell out I refuse to ever speak with such a rude woman again. You don’t deserve your job, as I’ve seen all these other reviews about the same woman on multiple review websites.

Person (Hispanic woman) preparing food was not wearing a face mask properly. The mask was below her mouth, around her chin, and she was on her cell phone talking over the food. During this time of the coronavirus pandemic and the fact that Virginia law requires a face mask be worn indoors at all times, this is absolutely unacceptable! When I called the location to ask for a manager the same woman hung up on me! Absolutely rude and irresponsible behavior especially from someone in the food service industry.

This Subway location has failed to respond to my BBB complaint complaint ID number 14374885. I got disrespectful and shoddy service at this Subway location and neither the corporate headquarters nor the business itself has not responded. I have been going there for 20 years and WILL NOT go back until and unless my complaint is resolved.
